Irgendwann fing eine roten Flüsssigkeit an, auf uns zu tropfen. Wein. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Crew hierfür zu erhalten war schwierig. Schließlich fanden sie die Ursache (zerbrochene Weinflasche in Business auf dem Oberdeck) und setzten uns um. Schwach. Wir werden Emirates in Zukunft möglichst meiden."

Negativ: "Unser Flug hatte 6 Stunden Verspätung. Morgens um 04:00 Uhr durften wir zwei Stunden Schlange stehen, um einzuchecken und einen neuen Anschluss zu bekommen. Wir konnten aber keinen alternativen Zielflughafen wählen. Das wäre vielleicht in DXB möglich gewesen. Nicht in HKG. Abflugzeit war plötzlich ca. 30 Minuten früher, als man uns am Vorabend gesagt hatte. Also zum Gate gehetzt, nachdem Checkin endlich absolviert war - und dann doch noch eine weitere Stunde Verspätung gehabt. Im Flug Nachtcatering für Tagflug - zuerst Frühstück, später ein leichtes Mittagessen (ursprünglich Mitternachtssnack). Das hätte man in 6 h umplanen können. Zu schlechter Letzt gab es kaum Getränkeservice und die Crew schien die meiste Zeit schwatzend hinter geschlossenen Vorhängen in der Galley zu verbringen. Schon recht unprofessionell."

Negativ: "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"

I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, especially if traveling with a child."

I also wish the ticket counter opened earlier before the flight, especially when it ostensibly closes an hour before takeoff. That makes for a narrow window indeed."
