When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back."

Positiv: "The staff were kind, professional, attentive, and each person brought a warm elegance to their interactions with patrons. My seat ate who was a stranger to me got messily sick and the attendant was gracious and helpful to her. Also the meal from Abu Dhabi to Bengaluru was the most delicious I've ever had on any flight, which includes some international first class travel."
Negativ: "I have long thighs so my knees butted against the seat in front of me."

Negativ: "Same type of food. They ran out dinner so served the previous entree. Turn the crew light on for water. No air hostesses showed up."

Positiv: "The crew were outstanding."
Negativ: "They only had two choices of food: either vegetarian or chicken. The number of dishes were small as well. The “salad” was horrible."

Positiv: "The seats on the flight were TREMENDOUSLY uncomfortable. As a 6’1” tall, male, I truly felt like a sardine in a can on the flight. And, for a 7-hrs flight, the food made available, I did not find to be sufficient."

Positiv: "I purchased a premium seat, and I still felt as though I was being packed into a sardine can. Furthermore, the online seat map used to purchase my preferred seat did not match the seating arrangement of the actual aircraft, which was TREMENDOUSLY disappointing."

Positiv: "The crew were very understanding and tried to help as much as they could with the issues encountered. Many out of their control."
Negativ: "This flight is one I have done a couple of times in the last year. This will be the last time doing it. It is basically a transit flight for people to get to India and the sub continent. The food is all curry based and as a westerner found it not to my taste, only having a curried vegetarian option as the meal “options” is unbelievable. The plane is jam packed which is fine, but the smell of some of the other passengers was horrendous. There must be a rule that passengers shower in the week leading up to the flight at least. My wife and I both had incidents of people pushing in front in every queue from boarding (lack of control by ground staff as random people joining First/Business/Gold line as moving first) to bathrooms (myself and two others waiting patiently before a woman pushed into bathroom before person even got out, then blocked our passage in to let her family member in), hitting us with bags when disembarking and then completely blocking walkways with no consideration for other passengers. We have now agreed that we will fly through any other city/route to avoid this terrible experience being repeated."

Positiv: "The staff was outstanding... The plane was adequate... The food was just barely okay. I was somewhat disappointed having read trip advisory and kayak recommendations on airlines prior to leaving."
Negativ: "Flew over on Royal Jordanian Airlines. The plane was like new the food was fantastic and the staff was as well. On at the home the staff was outstanding but the rest was just okay. The return trip was not as good as the Royal Jordanian experience.."

Positiv: "personal ok, Essen dieses Mal sehr gut, was aber natürlich immer subjektiv ist. Aber nachdem ich vorher immer Kichererbsen bekommen habe, war ich über Tofu mit Reis sehr glücklich."

Negativ: "Die Sitze kamen mir sehr beengt vor, das Essen konnte ich mir vorher aussuchen, da ich vegan esse, gab es auch die Möglichkeit, ein entsprechendes Menü auszuwählen, was ich sehr positiv finde. Das Essen selbst war so lala, aber im Flieger erwarte ich mir auch nichts besonderes"
