The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

SO I went to back cabin (6 rows back) and the airflow was much much better and I could actually sleep. So bottom line there is an airflow issue mid economy cabin on the central AC jets. They should address this by putting back in air nozzles or checking actual airflow on these jets. This is very uncomfortable on long flights. Not sure I would fly this jet again for this reason."
