Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful."
Negativ: "A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives."

The crew was friendly and accommodating, the pilots kept you up to date with flight info and departure/arrival time (and kept the seat belt light off almost the entire trip), the food was delicious and offered throughout, and the entertainment was top notch. Seats were comfortable (we had bulkhead row Space+ and they were worth every cent for the international long haul from LAX-BNE and SYD-LAX) and everyone got a pillow/blanket. We got premium noise-canceling headsets, water, and a little care kit including an eye mask and earplugs and a pen to fill out your travel documents. The overhead bin space was huge and we got two free checked bags of luggage up to 50lbs each (I don't know of that's standard or not, or if it came with Space+ seats). SERIOUSLY the best airline."

Negativ: "I found the seats on this Virgin Atlantic A340 flight from LHR (London Heathrow) to LAX (Los Angeles), an eleven hour flight, to be unacceptable. The seats were very crowded. I am six feet tall, and was very uncomfortable all during the flight. I could not sit with my knees together. I had to spread my knees to sit comfortably. Holding that position for eleven hours was very uncomfortable. Anyone taller than me would have even more trouble. Also, every seat has a very large box underneath, I presume for the audio/video system. This is a terrible location. There is very little room to stow anything. But much worse, I couldn't straighten my right leg. All-in-all, I found the seat situation totally unacceptable. I will likely never fly Virgin Atlantic again because of this."

We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Positiv: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."

This was by far the best food I have ever had and economy class I have never encountered this food traveling from the US to Europe but traveling back from Europe the food is often better. This one was phenomenal."
Negativ: "Selecting the entertainment choices was very very sluggish to the point where I just discontinued trying to find a show to watch. On both flights, going to Frankfurt and then returning from Frankfurt those international flights, the video or entertainment was very slow to select. I also noticed in some seats it wasn't working or people also just gave up. I did however like the fact that some shows we're closed captioned, that is really helpful because sometimes it is difficult to adjust the sound to to be able to clearly hear the conversations in the movie. Subtitles definitely help. I wish all of them had subtitles. The boarding is okay and I understand all the emeralds and rubies and platinum's Etc, but sometimes by the time group for get seated there's not always enough room in the overhead compartments because people tend to put all their bags their. And some people still take oversized bags that should probably be checked this is quite a nuisance."

Negativ: "This was a code shared operation. Iberia issued my ticket but flight was operated by American Airlines. That made it difficult to reserve my seat in advance, and impossible (literally!) to reserve a special request meal. Online request wouldn't work so I called Iberia. They said they couldn't reserve the meal, I needed to call American. So I called American, they said they couldn't reserve the meal (even though the plane would be catered by their contracted food service-go figure THAT out!) and I should call the travel agent. Called the travel agent, who said I needed to call Iberia! Apparently no one could (or would) be responsible for my satisfaction. So the message here is: Beware the Code Share!"
Positiv: "Loved the reclining bed and the private "cocoon" feeling. Food and service were wonderful. Enjoyed our first time in Business Class."
Positiv: "I went from Madison to Charlotte then onto Sarasota Florida. Both flights left on time and arrived early!!! Plus I got to see fireworks!"

Negativ: "The flight was over and over delayed due to no captain would be available. In the end the flight was leaving 4 hours late and no compensation like free food voucher would be offered. We were hungry and they let us wait the last 40min in the plane until the finally could find a co-pilot. No information was offered to the passenger as to when we would be leaving"
Positiv: "The pilot was sensitive, straightforward, and sincere. After missing the connecting flight due to a mechanical delay, I was re-booked on the next available flight to my final destination without having to do much of anything."
Negativ: "Being told we'd have to wait about 45 minutes at the gate after we boarded for a problem with the fuel tank and ended up sitting on the plane for 4 hours before it finally was cleared for take-off. Entertainment system touch screens weren't very sensitive, causing people to push very hard to make selections, which the people sitting on the other side of those screens could feel each time, like being poked from behind."
