Negativ: I missed the connecting flight because of the aircraft situation, but I had the following regrets. 1. There was not enough help from the ground. 2. The plane didn't wait for a minute. 3.Unfriendly transfer counter 4. It was too inconvenient to find and refit the luggage for about two hours.
Positiv: The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!

Positiv: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.

Negativ: There was no vegetarian food. This is a big thing. The stewardess walked past me although I was waiting to buy from duty-free.

Negativ: I paid extra for the seat, but there was a metal box under the seat in front of me that curtailed my ability to stow my carry bag, and my leg room. I am very diappointed that I paid above the normal seat charge as if there was a premium to this seat, but in reality it was a sb par seat.
Positiv: Air France has the best crews! They really go the extra mile.
Negativ: My skis were lost on the way to Riga and had to be delivered 2 days later to Vilnius. That said, the situation was handled very professionally.

Negativ: The seat recliners didn't work for 3 of our seats. The buttons were so hard and were not functional. 2 of the crew members were NOT welcoming while others were. Not expected from Emirates.

Negativ: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.
Negativ: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!
Positiv: Superb crew; surprisingly delicious food (better than some first class meals I’ve had in the past).
Negativ: The seat was remarkably uncomfortable. I fly business or first class when traveling overseas (prefer business class) specifically to be able to rest - this was the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in the last few years.

Negativ: Wifi is $45 for a 300 MBytes, what a waste! Too strict rules for a luggage lead to delays in checking in the bags, so they need to deliver the late luggage by themselves.
Negativ: You should reconsider your alcohol policy for comfort class traveler,and offer a variety of drinks except beer and basic wine. Moreover ,its not "reasonable" to serve wine in cartoon cups. You should improve your WIFI service,when it is offer.

Negativ: The seats are too close together. Aisles are too close together. Medical professional recommend getting up to walk and help with circulation. It is very difficult on these flights.
Positiv: Bas crew service since economy. All the time i see bottle of water and when i ask for one the answr js always no bottle will bring a cup and disapear. Crew just allowed people. To stand and have a chit chat outloud next to people trying to sleep. It happened 3 times.
Negativ: Bathroom are so dirty. Windows are dirty. Food tray is dirty. I wonder if a deep cleaning is done everytime the trip is over. Plz upgrade ur planes as well.

Negativ: Mein Gepäck würde aus einem mir unbekannten Grund nach Madrid geliefert. Obwohl Eurowings das mittlerweile schon seit min. einen Tag weiss, waren sie unfähig dies bis jetzt nachzuliefern! Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!
Positiv: The flight was 20 mins faster, boarding was OK. The ladies on board were doing a good job
Negativ: Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld.

Negativ: Kein Essen und keine Bordunterhaltung.
Positiv: Gute Beinfreiheit; kostet aber bei einem Mittelstreckenflugzeug € 25 p.P./Richtung. Die Hälfte der Verspätung beim Abflug konnte bis zur Landung wieder eingeholt werden. Bordgepäck und 1 persönliches Handgepäck wurde kulant ohne Mehrkosten abgewickelt.
Negativ: Verspätung wegen verspäteter technischer Vorbereitung??? groß angepriesenes WIFI hat trotz Urgenz nicht funktioniert (Aussage des Anwesenden Bordpersonal „habe bei Kollegen nachgefragt, muss gehen“; funktionierte bei mir und auch in den benachbarten Sitzreihen nicht. Große Werbung und nichts dahinter :D
Negativ: Comfort was not rated as high because space between me and seat in front of me was extremely tight and I'm not a big person. Otherwise flight was good, food better than expected and actually pretty good and entertainment had plenty of options
Positiv: crew are very nice, although we took off late in Beijing. we arrived on time in LAX. lots of legroom on this flight for a 5 foot tall lady. the previous airplane barely fits my 5 foot frame.
Negativ: the bathroom would have been cleaned often or would have smelled better.

Negativ: Ordered and reconfirmed vegetarian food, one way got vegetarian food, on return, I am not in the list. Crew tried mix and match, but bad mix. Luggage was badly damaged, staff@LAX offered only $50 for replacement for over $130 suitcase, had no choice but accept their crappy replacement, lost my stuff

Negativ: At Abu Dhabi airport my mother had to change her plane , where assistance for elderly and wheel chair was extremely limited . Also the food on the plane was not as good as the food service on most international flights.

What an absolute joke of an airline. 1) Flight attendant spilt a half a bottle of water on me and didn’t even apologise 2) Same tv shows and movies as 5 months ago. 3) no eye shades 4) entertainment turned off around 20-25 mins before landing and all headseats collected 5) staff
