Negativ: Nach dem Boarding war man eine halbe Stunde „grounded“ ohne Infos oder mal nem Schluck wasser

Positiv: The crew was very attentive and personable during the flight.

Negativ: Our departure was delayed 2 hours because an unaccompanied minor was placed on the wrong flight--UA's fault. That began a domino effect of missed connections. When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan

Negativ: Flight was cancelled, difficult rebooking.

Positiv: Super pünktlich

Positiv: Crew were very nice. Especially Pan (don't know his last name). Food was good, too. I appreciated having movies to watch from the screen on the seat in front of me.

Negativ: Too much turbulence! It was quite uncomfortable for a long time. There were not enough comforting announcements from the flight deck to explain it. Crew members need practice in pronouncing English, and louder. Crew volume was too low compared to captain. American movie selection was too limited.

Positiv: Overall good flight

Negativ: First flight was delayed which resulted in the missed connection, overnight stay in Beijing and lost time in our final destination

Positiv: Entertainment selection was great. Nice to have two meals in flight

Negativ: Meals could have been a better selection. Did not know we had to request vegetarian meals in advance.

Positiv: Professionalism of the crew.

Negativ: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.

Positiv: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Negativ: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Negativ: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Positiv: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Negativ: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Positiv: One crew member in the OTP-VIE flight that was great in service .

Negativ: The delaying of both flights . The crew service on the VIE-NICE flight was awful .

Positiv: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.

Negativ: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.

Positiv: The staff were nice, the flight was on time. The meal was good.

Negativ: There was no pillow on board and the flight was overnight.

Negativ: I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

Negativ: More space on economy for long flights.

Negativ: Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that.

Negativ: Connection was awful. Boarding was a mess. My luggage never arrived to Kiev. 12 hours after it hasn't even been located. Tomorrow I continue my trip and have no clue if how and when I will get my luggage. Seems like I might be 4 days without it. AND NOBODY CARES...

Positiv: Flight was on time

Negativ: Literally everything else could be improved

Negativ: They mysteriously charged me for my baggage.

Positiv: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Negativ: Better leg room, better food, friendlier crew. Today you only get good treatment if you pay extra for it... Something is wrong with the pay-for-good-service model most airlines follow

Negativ: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Negativ: Quite narrow seats and seat pitch in economy, but the price was right. Poor quality seatback screens but a good selection of films and tv

Negativ: Snacks and water ran out during the last several hours of the flight. For shorter people, their feet would have difficulty touching the floor.

Negativ: Too many security points

Positiv: The crew attention to the customer is top notch. I traveled with China Southern, Delta and Virgin Atlantic but by far Xiamen Air out performed them all.

Negativ: The occasion freezing of the entertainment system must be addressed. I did inform the crew and they did try their best to resolve the issue without success.

Positiv: No real problems

Negativ: They closed the gate early so I couldn't take the airplane. They forced me to buy new ticket. I had to stay on the transit area for 24 hours.

Positiv: The flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Especially when we were leaving they took care that nobody would leave their stuff. The captain voice on announcement was calm and relaxed and it calibrated the right relaxed atmosphere during the flight.

Negativ: Everything was good

Positiv: the seat is not so comfortable for old people. Mom was sitting between two people and could not move .Crew were vert nice and helpful

Positiv: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Positiv: It's like Air India the crew is old and cant serve the aircraft. Nothing I liked. Flight was very old. Waste if money.

Negativ: Change the aircraft. Give us new aircraft or at least inform passengers this is old aircraft so we don't book. Premium economy price was very high. No service. Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA.

Negativ: I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued.

Negativ: Verspätung ohne Ende! Immer wird alles auf andere geschoben... ein kleiner Drink wäre angemessen gewesen, bzw. ein Glas Wasser als Entschuldigung/ Entschädigung...

Positiv: Flight is okay when it is on time.

Negativ: We arrived to our destination 12 hours late both going there and coming back due to delayed flights and missed connecting flights. Dealing with airport staff was a nightmare because the lines were long and counters were understaffed.

Positiv: Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him.

Negativ: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Positiv: The Delta flight service was much better than the Air France flight I took on the previous leg.

Negativ: Entertainment worked sporadically

Negativ: Airport in Vienna was pretty disorganized. Several people from several flights had to be pulled out for additional screening that should have been done earlier. Passengers were confused and frustrated

Negativ: Buses to and from the plane. One driver left us in a full bus waiting for 20 minutes. When we arrived in Vienna, there was no bus to pick us up. We had to wait in the plane until one showed up.
