Positiv: Crew was very polite & friendly. Chicken & bacon sandwich was tasty, good amount of mayo!

Negativ: A bit chaotic boarding in Mykonos... not BA’s fault! Bathroom was a bit smelly.

Negativ: My flight was serviced by British Airways. The temperature in the cabinet was very warm and there were no fan controls. The seats are very narrow. Miserable 9hr flight from London to Denver

Negativ: Flight not delayed and clearer gate labeling. Also didn't call my name for my flight when I was one gate away because of mislabeling aboive another gate. Missed my flight for that reason.

Negativ: Wheelchair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates within Terminal 5

Negativ: Less leg room than on other airlines, Crew was noisy, credit card reader was broken so all payments processed manually, maybe they were behind schedule because of this and were rushing through the cabin as a big group

Negativ: Is an old plane with a old hard product needs to be retired or retrofitted

Positiv: Direct flight. Crew was good. I got home alive.

Negativ: The crew made far too many unnecessary announcements and the sound system was friggin loud. Everyone on the plane jumped and cringed everytime there was another completely unnecessary announcement. The seating area in coach was also a bit crammed. The flight was full as were the overhead bins so i had to stow everything at my feet and there was barely any room.

Negativ: I paid extra for the seat but it was very cramped.

Negativ: Direct flights to and from South Africa to USA not via Middle East

Negativ: You could have not cancelled my flight after rebooking a connection

Negativ: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Positiv: Comfortable seats and did not have to pay extra for a carryon luggage

Negativ: The boarding process was quite chaotic and slow. There was no oversight of what people were putting in the overhead compartment so many were putting both their carryon suitcase and under seat bags up there leaving no room for our suitcases by the time we boarded. The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding.

Negativ: Absolutely everything. Access to food or water. Basic communication. A semblance of organization.

Negativ: Didn't make it to this flight due to problems described in aforementioned flight (madrid to London). Was stranded in London overnight.

Positiv: There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see.

Positiv: The crew was ok. They seemed really hectic between Heathrow to Rome.

Negativ: The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok.
