Negativ: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Positiv: Uhr zeit

Negativ: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Positiv: Crew amazing, seats poor

Negativ: Padded seats,

Negativ: One hour late + operates by an Estonian company

Negativ: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Negativ: My first time on easyjet & it was not easy.

Positiv: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Negativ: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Negativ: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Negativ: Flug war überbucht wurde fast gecancelt eine absolute Frechheit nie wieder Eurowings.

Negativ: Leider 30 Minuten auf dem Rollfeld gestanden und das bei nem Flug mit 1h Flugzeit ist schon doof

Positiv: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean.

Negativ: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats.

Positiv: Crew was very nice and the plane was comfortable

Negativ: There were no outlets nor entertainment, and boarding was a little long

Positiv: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Negativ: The flight was delayed 40min So i missed the connection in Leipzig

Negativ: Seat was terribl, space tiny, no legroom no air movement, hot the entire trip,

Positiv: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Negativ: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Negativ: frankfurt airport security is a nightmare

Positiv: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Negativ: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Negativ: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Positiv: On time, clean on the plane.

Negativ: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Positiv: Flug war pünktlich, Personal nett (kenn ich gar nicht anders), ich war sehr zufrieden.

Negativ: Wie soll ich denn 50 Zeichen verwenden, wenn es doch keinen Grund zur Beschwerde gibt?

Negativ: Verspätung ohne Ende! Immer wird alles auf andere geschoben... ein kleiner Drink wäre angemessen gewesen, bzw. ein Glas Wasser als Entschuldigung/ Entschädigung...

Positiv: Row 3, loads of leg room, the filter coffee was excellent, just a really calm, well run flight

Negativ: Seat prices were expensive and should really be free as if you are a family of 4, this will add well over £50 to your flight costs.

Positiv: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Negativ: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Negativ: Communication with passengers As the flight was 3 hours late.
