Negativ: When i arrived in london gatwick , with easy jet , my flight was late on entry and the bus did not connect on time with the scheduled buses and it did not give me enough time to get to london stansted. Extra costs of 158 british pounds to take a taxi do i could catch my flight . Very unprofessional

Positiv: Crew war 'neutral', so wie eine Crew am späten Abend typischerweise ist. Es war viel Platz (wenig Fluggäste)

Negativ: Sehr lange Wartezeit, bis das Gate bekannt gegeben wurde, dann nur wenig Zeit bis zum Boarding...

Negativ: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Positiv: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Negativ: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Positiv: The crew was helpful and friendly, priority boarding was super speedy and the food was served promptly (to my neighbouring passenger not me).

Negativ: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.

Negativ: We were waiting for a long time in the bus from the airport to the aircraft. Once we got to the plane, we were waiting inside the bus again.

Negativ: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Negativ: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Positiv: Seats are comfortable on Business Class. Service is good

Negativ: Constant delays specially from CDG! Poor cabin service specially on this flight.

Negativ: They made us wait at the gate an hour without saying nothing, and then inside the plane, we had to wait 30 minutes to departure, and they didn't explain anything neither.

Positiv: Sitze ok, verspätete Flüge mit langen Phasen auf dem Rollfeld via Flugzeug bzw. Bus.

Negativ: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Positiv: The crew was pleasant and worked very hard to keep our stomachs full! I loved all the free movies!

Positiv: Good crew, food was good for airline food. Entertainment offerings were good.

Negativ: Too many seats, 3-4-3 configuration means not even enough room to walk down aisle without bumping people in their narrow seats.

Positiv: Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care.

Negativ: Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead.

Positiv: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Positiv: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Negativ: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Negativ: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air
