Negativ: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Negativ: Flug war überbucht wurde fast gecancelt eine absolute Frechheit nie wieder Eurowings.

Negativ: Verspätung ohne Ende! Immer wird alles auf andere geschoben... ein kleiner Drink wäre angemessen gewesen, bzw. ein Glas Wasser als Entschuldigung/ Entschädigung...

Positiv: Gute Beinfreiheit; kostet aber bei einem Mittelstreckenflugzeug € 25 p.P./Richtung. Die Hälfte der Verspätung beim Abflug konnte bis zur Landung wieder eingeholt werden. Bordgepäck und 1 persönliches Handgepäck wurde kulant ohne Mehrkosten abgewickelt.

Negativ: Verspätung wegen verspäteter technischer Vorbereitung??? groß angepriesenes WIFI hat trotz Urgenz nicht funktioniert (Aussage des Anwesenden Bordpersonal „habe bei Kollegen nachgefragt, muss gehen“; funktionierte bei mir und auch in den benachbarten Sitzreihen nicht. Große Werbung und nichts dahinter :D

Negativ: Information on arrival time was not correct

Positiv: This was a very bad experience. We did not have any idea when the flight was going to take off and could not get any information on what was the problem. We ultimately boarded over 7 hours late which was an exhausting and horrible experience. We also boarding a bus twice, once only to get off.

Negativ: The staff should have been better informed on what was going on. We never had any direct information. I would have liked a monetary compensation for this mixup as well because my plans really had to change due to the EXTENSIVE delay.

Negativ: Flew 5x times with CSA this summer , never on time

Positiv: Seats were "old style" - still had some cushioning. The flight indeed reached it's destination in Prague.

Negativ: Flight was 20 minutes late to get in to Rome. Boarding was a zoo. First a huge single line crawling through the gate. Then, overloaded buses taking squeezed passengers to the plane. Another 35 minute delay to taxi. While not a budget carrier, food and even water is only for sale. Terrible landing.

Positiv: Everything on this leg of my trip was infinitely better

Negativ: Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that.

Negativ: if my luggage would of arrived with me, Swiss airlines left behind 2 of 4 pieces of luggage in Zurich! I hope I can get them back!

Positiv: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Negativ: Our departure was delayed 2 hours because an unaccompanied minor was placed on the wrong flight--UA's fault. That began a domino effect of missed connections. When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan

Positiv: The crew was welcoming and friendly. The choice of movies was awesome.

Negativ: The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off

Negativ: Kein Wasser mehr vorrätig.

Negativ: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Negativ: Pre boarding at the gate was slightly chaotic

Positiv: It's like Air India the crew is old and cant serve the aircraft. Nothing I liked. Flight was very old. Waste if money.

Negativ: Change the aircraft. Give us new aircraft or at least inform passengers this is old aircraft so we don't book. Premium economy price was very high. No service. Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA.

Positiv: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Negativ: Das Check-in am Flughafen Florenz war eine Katastrophe: 90 Minuten für 50 Passagiere. Und als am Ende die Zeit knapp wurde, ging es auf einmal huschhusch. Auch die Sicherheitskontrolle war absolut chaotisch, und da wir mit einem Tier reisen, war das kein Vergnügen. Nie wieder FLR!

Positiv: The crew was fine and boarding was efficient.

Negativ: We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00.

Negativ: Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed.

Negativ: I’ve waited for 2 hours into the flight to get a cup of water . And an hour more to buy a bottle of water. Staff was not nice .

Negativ: Very long check-in line which went very slow because they charge for printing boarding passes and many people did not have theirs printed, leading to confusion. The fact that they charge for this is pretty ridiculous and scammy--I'm pretty sure they do it just to pull money from people who don't know any better. This information should be more readily available.
