Negativ: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Negativ: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Positiv: Flight was delayed, very late notice given to were stuck and couldnt get out. Bus took us to the plane and were waiting for 20 mins in a bus while the plane was unload with previous passanger, fueled, cleaned etc!!!! Overall got 2h delay

Negativ: Too many school groups and screaming children

Positiv: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Negativ: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Positiv: I like the extremely low price of the ticket.

Negativ: The seats need to be more comfortable.

Negativ: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Positiv: I couldn’t confirm my flight because I never received an appropriate code to verify my trip. The codes I entered were ineffective. I read I could confirm it upon arrival and after bringing my receipt to the customer service desk, they claimed my flight was not confirmed and I need to pay $40 in Euros. I feel deceived and lied to.

Negativ: I didn’t like concern for customer care and placing blame on travel agency instead of taking responsibility. I had a receipt and someone accepted my money. My contract for a flight was made the moment my money was received!

Negativ: Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to.

Positiv: 2 Stunden Verspätung davon 1 im Flieger sitzend bei 36 Grad auf dem Rollfeld. Schmutzige Flieger, Personal ohne jegliche Englischkenntnisse.

Positiv: Nette Besatzung, schnelles Boarding, komfortabler Flug.

Negativ: Wasser sollte es immer! Umsonst geben. Ist aber ein allgemeines Problem und bei keiner Airline der Fall.

Negativ: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting
