Negativ: "One thing that sticks out the most for me is how rude the airport crew are. A lot of people (including me, at first) were confused about the gate. One knows the gate isn’t always what it says on the boarding pass. Especially if printed from a different airport. Anyway, not knowing that the gate won’t show on the screens until about an hour before departure time, we were asking a lot of the ground staff about which gate etc. They were very rude and dismissive."

Negativ: "Negatives gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Einzig das Boardprogramm auf den Bildschirmen war etwas eintönig (kurze Eindrücke über Reiseziele von Aegean), allerdings ist das Kritik auf hohem Niveau."
Positiv: "Laut App hatten wir eine Minute Verspätung, also absolut prima durchgekommen. Der Check in ging schnell, das Warten bis zum Boarding war schnell vorbei. Das Boardpersonal war einfach sehr nett. Das Essen wahnsinnig lecker, lange nicht mehr einen so tollen Flug gehabt."

They went out of their way to make sure she got wheelchair assistance, and lift assistance up to the airplane, and this time,help from the airplane to the train station once we reached Rome."

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.
Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.
Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."

Negativ: "The Frankfort airport is a nightmare. They have loooooooong gateways, so when I Finally got through security FOR THE THIRD TIME, it’s a 10 minute, speed-walk to the gate. Again, a flight delay was the only thing that made the connection possible. I made it to the gate with 3 minutes to spare, so no time for the bathroom, no time to get lunch or even a bottle of water, no time period. And at the end of it all, my bag is lost."

Negativ: "Not only was the flight delayed, but there was confusion at the gate for boarding of even first or business class. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

Negativ: "Hi, We've booked the flight using Kayak, with VAYAMA agency. It was clearly stated in the e-ticket that we were allowed a baggage of 23KG piece for our infant baby. (it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. And I'm extremely disappointed. At the end, after maybe 20 minutes (which seems like forever) they let us check in the baggage we had."

She had to look up by the ticket number (highly unusual, she said). The seats were apart for me and my wife, despite the fact thet I had chosen together seats when I made the booking. Next time I will think twice before I go for Kayak or Brussels Airlines (for example, they don't have Bucharest Airport on their departure list on the B.A. website... after all, Romania is a E.U. country!) The second flight took off after 20 mins. delay, and landed w 15 mins. delay."

Negativ: "My husband's seat had little cushioning, so that was uncomfortable. The food was so-so, but at least we were given some. I don't know about entertainment as we didn't use any. I also don't think you give boarding and flight instructions in English as well as the native language, but not being able to understand the instructions has been an issue on many planes we have taken recently."

Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option."

I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here."
Negativ: "Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance."

Negativ: "Das Essen war sehr schlecht. Das Umsteigen in Dublin ist furchtbar. Der Flughafen ist unübersichtlich aufgebaut. Das Abfluggate des Anschlussfluges wurde ca. 3 Stunden vor Abflug bekanntgegeben. Aber aufgrund einer verschlosssen Glastür konnte man erst 25 Minuten (!!!) vor Abflug dort hin gehen. Es kam zu einem großen Stau vor der Tür und der Abflug verspätete sich entsprechend."

Negativ: "I asked an agent at the desk at the gate if we could bring our carry on luggage and a backpack onto the plane. She said of course. When we actually got to the desk to check in another agent made us check our bags. Ours was the only luggage at the bottom of the stairs in dream the plane. There was plenty of storage space in the bins by our seats. We did not appreciate yes. In addition, I had to throw out a perfectly good cup of coffee because they would not allow it on the plane. Come to find out that they don't offer anything complimentary. You must pay for everything including coffee and soda. I have never flown on an in airline like this. I did not find the flight attendants particularly friendly as well."
Negativ: "They downgraded the flight and kicked 30 people off-including me. I am now sitting in London waiting for a flight to Rome. This is unacceptable."

Negativ: "Aer Lingus operated the flight. Haphazzard ticketing/check-in procedure would have been stressful if it wasn't clear that everyone else on the plane was there in line too. Both legs of our trip with Aer Lingus were on older planes, that had obviously flown a lot of miles. It was a short flight, so food wasnt a necessity, but no beverages were complimentary. Given airline security, water, at least, should be complimentary on any flight."
Negativ: "No comp food or even water. ridiculous! Limited service, and nothing to make up for it. Nobody from Aerolingus to deal with the lost bag. REALLY!????"

When I went back to the galley to seek some water, all 3 attendants were asleep - 2 even had blankets over their heads! It did not seem like they were particularly into providing a pleasant experience for passengers."

Negativ: "This flight was connection to Rome from US. In Rome, my luggage never made it. Same flight a few days earlier, my mother has the same thing happen. If they can't get luggage on a connection, something is wrong. There was plenty of time. Otherwise flights were fine."
