Positiv: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Negativ: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Positiv: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Negativ: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Positiv: The crew was professional & friendly

Negativ: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Positiv: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Negativ: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Negativ: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Positiv: Everything! The service was exceptional!

Negativ: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Positiv: legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered.

Negativ: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

Positiv: Seats super comfortable. Big screen entrainment.

Negativ: One more time offer drinks for a very long travel time (other 10H).

Positiv: Open seat right next to me

Negativ: The check in agents are truly the worst. Only one check in agent came after me through security and apologized on behalf of his colleague and upgraded me. Awful check in person

Positiv: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Negativ: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Negativ: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Positiv: Crew was friendly

Negativ: Tv screen didn't work, stuck on an airplane for 8h without any entertainement. Had to pay an extra €120 to check in my bag, because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation that my ticket didn't come with checked-in luggage. Moreover, the food on the plane was terrible ... Thank god it was a relatively cheap ticket, but would never take this airline again though.

Positiv: nothing! Very poor service

Negativ: Have special help for large families especially with young children. Most airlines anticipate large families’ arrival and keep a golf car at the gate to help them. Your company is careless, callus. In addition i lost 3 luggages

Positiv: Yes , everything was good till I received my bag and it was cut like some one cut it by a harp tool Am really upset & don’t know why I need an explanation about that

Negativ: There was a two hours delay that make all the passengers got worried Second point caring of luggage & my bag was cut & Lots of things are broken inside That’s first to be happened with me on any flight before

Negativ: Flight was delayed by about half hour & so was arrival.
