Positiv: Professionalism of the crew.

Negativ: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.

Positiv: Entertainment selection was great. Nice to have two meals in flight

Negativ: Meals could have been a better selection. Did not know we had to request vegetarian meals in advance.

Positiv: Crew were very nice. Especially Pan (don't know his last name). Food was good, too. I appreciated having movies to watch from the screen on the seat in front of me.

Negativ: Too much turbulence! It was quite uncomfortable for a long time. There were not enough comforting announcements from the flight deck to explain it. Crew members need practice in pronouncing English, and louder. Crew volume was too low compared to captain. American movie selection was too limited.

Polite staff, but food sketchy (crew did not know what they were serving- How does Shepherd's Pie become Lasagna?), blankets were seemingly only given to couples, water rationed? and announcements were randomly given in Arabic, Thai, English, German. Negativ: The state of the plane, communication with patrons, literally everything else could have been better. Willingness to work with patrons after their airline caused patrons to miss other flights. It was absolutely a nightmare and i will be contacting your office.

Negativ: Allow the passenger to watch the video and listen the audio as long as the entertainment system is on. I was asked to take the ear piece out before landing so I couldn’t hear the audio of the end of the movie.

Positiv: Our flight was actually through Vietnam Airlines. The confusion of having two different flight numbers caused some Trouble about what terminal to go to in Seoul and we almost missed our flight.

Negativ: Better info on what the flight number is. More info that is airport specific.

Negativ: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Negativ: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Negativ: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

I ask her about food , what is this she said I don’t know. They don’t know what they are serving. It taste was horrible. That was the desert with food.

Positiv: I booked this time China air for my parents and because of delayed flight we had very bad experience. Japanese boarding ticking staff were cooperative but seems they don’t have power

Negativ: They said they understand situation but they were afraid to solve but there were staff name Ms. Umeda Ms. Yasukawa and Ms. Ai were very nice trying to handling the situation but as we were very cooperative and understanding that not their fault. My parents are old my mother can’t walk probably and Blood pleasure patient. I ask for room in Beijing because of 18 hours delayed stay. But they failed for get Hotel. But Japanese staff were nice also crew. I would love to give 5/5 rating but honestly was bad experience only because of delayed flight and couldn’t get recovery.

Positiv: Kuwait Airways is steps behind Qatar and Emirates. The only thing i liked was the fact that business class was empty...but maybe there's a reason for that.

Negativ: Service on Kuwait Airways is poor in business class I didn't feel like we were in business class or treated that way. The flight attendants seemed very rushed and not necessarily attentive to us likeQatar and Emirates does. Furthermore, my checked bag never made it to my final destination.
