Negativ: I paid $100 extra for extra leg room. I was put right next to the bathrooms. All night long people were standing in line to use the bathroom. My extra leg room was taken by people standing in the space and actually stepping on my foot. Not worth the extra $100.

Negativ: On Swiss website I added Rehe preference for a lactose free meal — but none were on the plane. The economy seats are close enough together I needed to hold my book to the side to read.

Positiv: Good AC - very important, calm and nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Positiv: Orderly boarding process. Considerate reseating when bulkhead with extra legroom were not usable.

Positiv: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far.

Negativ: With 2h30 hours delayed flight I missed my train and had to have a hotel Arcturus airport in Amsterdam and continue my journey only the day after.

Positiv: Economy light is not a good choice but that is not what was special. Everything worked together very well, beginning with timeliness, but crew and service outstanding.

Negativ: The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok.

Negativ: Wheelchair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates within Terminal 5

Negativ: Was almost impossible to make this connection. Honestly I probably should’ve been moved to yet another later flight. Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer

Negativ: Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed.

Negativ: Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal.

The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding.

Negativ: Less leg room than on other airlines, Crew was noisy, credit card reader was broken so all payments processed manually, maybe they were behind schedule because of this and were rushing through the cabin as a big group

Positiv: In hour 20 of delays and being held in a room with no access to water

Negativ: Absolutely everything. Access to food or water. Basic communication. A semblance of organization.

Negativ: In B222, Headphones didn't fit well in the audio plugs on the sides of the seats thus making very poor quality sounds while listening to music or videos. That wasn't an issue in B149. Just to let you be aware. Thanks.

Positiv: Direct flight. Crew was good. I got home alive.

Negativ: The crew made far too many unnecessary announcements and the sound system was friggin loud. Everyone on the plane jumped and cringed everytime there was another completely unnecessary announcement. The seating area in coach was also a bit crammed. The flight was full as were the overhead bins so i had to stow everything at my feet and there was barely any room.

Positiv: Nothing in particular stands out about our flight. We've flown many airlines, Aeroflot, British Air, Delta, Iceland Air and KLM recently. Lufthansa was right in there with the middlet of the pack, with the exception of Iceland Air, which would be at the bottom, but they make no pretenses. The seats, even in the basic economy, which we had,reclined and were comfortable; good legroom. Food and drink offerings were standard. Amounts were small, but everything was the right temperature. Restrooms were clean and well equipped. Movie offerings, not many newer releases. Nothing like Sky news, so you couldn't check weather or current events. Crew was courteous and attentive,

Negativ: Boarding at Frankfort left much to be desired. First off, the equipment was not ready; we waited 45 min. to board after we got to the gate (early) and due to turbulence over the Atlantic, the pilots could not make up the time. We are senior citizens. We, along with about 25 others in our category, responded to the call for us to get in line to board, stand for 30 min. The gate personnel did not provide any information that boarding was NOT imminent at that point, so you had to stand up to keep your place. Finally, once the boarding for people needing assistance began, we got to choose between using 2 flights of stairs (a faster way to get into the plane) or an elevator to board the plane. (Hello! We have trouble with things like stairs; don't you know that?) The elevator accommodated one wheelchair and 2 or 3 people at a time. More waiting in the jetway to get down to the plane! The whole boarding process took 90 min. from the time we stood up to the time they closed the doors. Bad grades for the the cleaning crew making us wait so long, for the gate personnel for keeping us in the dark and the disorganized process boarding. Nobody cared about our discomfort, not what we would have expected from LH. Consequently, we've revised our opinion of Luthansa. Maybe next time we'll take BA.

Negativ: It’s an international flight. It is what it is!

Positiv: We ran into a passport problem and they sent Wilis Otieno back home to Nairobi instead of helping him resolve it. I made a dozen phone calls to no avail. Very disappointed.
