Negativ: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Positiv: Flight was delayed, very late notice given to were stuck and couldnt get out. Bus took us to the plane and were waiting for 20 mins in a bus while the plane was unload with previous passanger, fueled, cleaned etc!!!! Overall got 2h delay

Negativ: Paid for priority, but there was no priority queue at all, then on the plane we were told yes you just push forward telling people you have Priority? Really? There was signage for normal queue and priority queue but inky the normal queue had staff on so had to join the normal queue. 26£ for what expect a refund

Positiv: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Negativ: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Positiv: Main steward was a nice guy.

Negativ: Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to.

Negativ: The aircraft was super old, things were falling off, no in-flight entertainment for 10 hrs, crappy food and the plane was late so I missed the connection. 0 out of 5.

Positiv: The flight was on time and the staff were great.

Negativ: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.

Negativ: Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!

Positiv: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.

Negativ: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Positiv: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Negativ: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Negativ: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Negativ: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Negativ: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Negativ: If kayak didn’t take me to a page where the reservation was different than what I agreed on. Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak.

Positiv: was not impressed with this experience in any way. The flight was late because two elderly could not walk the stairs. The train to the terminal was horrible.

Negativ: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Positiv: The staff were friendly and boarding/ getting off were a breeze. I loved how much space the aircraft had inside.

Positiv: The crew, all the way around were very attentive & courteous, food was great!
