Negativ: Baggage checkin & flight boarding was slow & disorganized.

Negativ: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Positiv: All went right namely the seats but the luggage condition is the worst

Negativ: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: Much more but with this price you can not expect much!

Positiv: The food served was really good (bacalhau), and the crew very friendly.

Negativ: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!

Positiv: We missed the flight by five minutes do to our connecting flight being late. We had mechanical issues, weather delays and an aborted landing in Miami.

Negativ: Tap would not roll us over for the next day. We had executive tickets in business class. They wanted 3000.00 dollars each for the flight.

Negativ: I was not informed the ticket didn’t includes luggage

Negativ: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Negativ: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Negativ: Boarding was a complete debacle. There was no rhyme or reason and that led to it taking forever. The flight staff were rude and not very responsive. Among many things, they ran into a nearby elderly passengers seat several times with food/beverage carts and did not apologize.

Negativ: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Positiv: Crew was very friendly. Seats were decently comfortable - appreciated blanket and pillow for long haul flight.

Negativ: Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Positiv: Very smooth flight. Everything was perfect.

Positiv: Very friendly atmosphere at boarding gate & helpful crew on journey, plus surprisingly good food foe economy class made for positive feel to this trip. Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times.

Positiv: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Negativ: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Negativ: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Negativ: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Negativ: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Positiv: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Negativ: The issue is the transit time in Casablanca. The conditions on the place to sleep are catastrophic. No room. You are all in the same room ( mens snd wifes) 30 hours transit. I will never spend night in Casablanca

Negativ: It boarded half an hour after the delayed departure time. Plane was not made for tall people
