Positiv: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Negativ: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Positiv: Usual faultless KLM experience

Positiv: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Negativ: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

Positiv: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Negativ: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Positiv: Very fast and efficient boarding process. We began moving right when they closed the door. Smooth flight, friendly attendants.

Negativ: We weren't alerted there was a chance of delays. Over two hours late.

Negativ: They move the flight one day back one hour before the flight.. Also another day of day in airline original country.. This is unsatisfactory..

Negativ: Boarding was a complete debacle. There was no rhyme or reason and that led to it taking forever. The flight staff were rude and not very responsive. Among many things, they ran into a nearby elderly passengers seat several times with food/beverage carts and did not apologize.

Positiv: Yes , everything was good till I received my bag and it was cut like some one cut it by a harp tool Am really upset & don’t know why I need an explanation about that

Negativ: There was a two hours delay that make all the passengers got worried Second point caring of luggage & my bag was cut & Lots of things are broken inside That’s first to be happened with me on any flight before

Negativ: Late boarding! Crew lack of customer service skill! Food wasn’t good enough as well! ....etc

Positiv: Crew was very nice and no surprises while boarding at the gate

Negativ: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Positiv: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Negativ: We were packed like sardines! My flight made me want to retire from traveling!

Positiv: Everything was amazing, except for 2 pieces of luggage that got lost, misplaced, from Zurich to Chicago

Negativ: 2 luggage missing, I was told by Swiss airlines I would get them the next day, because they were left behind in Zurich.

Positiv: Got an upgrade to business class

Negativ: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Negativ: Extremely unfriendly staff at check-in. Boarding was chaos.

Negativ: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Positiv: On time and the staff were very good. The food was not great, buy good.

Negativ: Tried and was unable to choose my seat in advance for flight and thus had to wait until I arrived at the gate. Thus I was unable to sit with my daughter. Was promised seats could be chosen 24 hours in advance, but was not allowed to either on line or via phone.

Negativ: The attendants could have been more hospitable

Negativ: Flight left an hour late. Cramped seat. Only one drink service on a 4.5-hr flight. Disappointing.

Negativ: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Positiv: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Negativ: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Negativ: With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!

Negativ: Tightly packed seats made for discomfort. My knees were touching the seat in front of me.

Negativ: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.
