Negativ: The seats are cramped and you have to pay for snacks and water

Negativ: Der online Check in war im Vorfeld nicht möglich. Daher MUSSTE ich vor Ort einchecken. Das hat nochmal 43chf extra gekostet. Die langen Wartezeiten beim Sicherheitscheck waren unnötig und 2separate Schlangen für priority Fluggäste und regulär auch völlig unnötig und nervig. Die Infos dazu nicht gut.

Positiv: On time, Professional crew.

Negativ: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Positiv: On boarding the plane was dirty. My daughters seat had food droppings on it which needed to brushed off before she could sit. We then had the worst landing we have ever experienced. Scary.

Negativ: A clean plane for passengers. An explanation to why the landing was so inept.

Negativ: Having to walk and wait is not the way to run an airline. We even paid extra for priority and there is no difference Ryan should learn from Southwest Airlines.

Negativ: COULD OF HELPED GETTING ME MY WHEELCHAIR. NEVER DID GET ONE, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE FLIGHT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS REQUESTED WHEN TICKET WAS PURCHASED.

Positiv: I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children.

Negativ: The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline

Negativ: The transfer in Madrid was ridiculous. They could not find a bus to transport passengers and no one had any clue.

Negativ: too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences...

Negativ: The check-in crew gave terrible service. We almost missed our flight because they wouldn’t check us in. There was no one directing people on where to line up for whatever departure time they had. Just overall a bad experience with Air Europa.

Negativ: The "snack" was a very unappealing tuna sandwich which was basically an empty bun, but no one is on that flight for the food anyway. The entertainment monitor was broken, but again, it just didn't matter.

Positiv: The ticket was not expensive, the carry on luggage allowance is 7kgs and 5kgs for a laptop etc with 23kgs check-in

Negativ: The aircraft is getting old and looking a bit run down inside ie the seat back moved freely and hard marks in the handle - minor things

Positiv: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Negativ: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.
