Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

"Chicken or pasta" doesn't give the passengers any idea of what they are actually choosing. This time the chicken dish was served with pearl couscous, so it was basically pasta as well. The salad I was given was brown and wilted, and while the cabin attendants were kind enough to give me two salad that were in better shape (after meal service), I just think that quality control should have prevented a inedible salad from being served in the first place. I am also extremely opposed to American Airlines Transatlantic luggage fees. Since I was moving abroad rather than taking a short trip, I was not pleased about paying 100 USD for a second bag on top of an already expensive flight."

Airline policy seemed to be "Give me the money and I will deliver you safely. Period" Humanity seems to be last on airline list. Traveling is seriously grueling and unpleasant for all those not in First Class."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Only one meal on a >9 hour flight, plus one snack which was an uninspiring-looking rectangle of cold pumpkin loaf (it tasted good, but after 7.5 hours in the air it'd be nice to get something more appealing). Other airlines give two meals. It's ridiculous that Air Canada insists on being so stingy with the food."

Premium Economy seats were hard and uncomfortable, meals were below par and the entertainment system sound was shot. I tried three seats and each were unintelligible. Crew was less than stellar."

Negativ: "I paid for a flight on a Lufthansa plane, not an Air Canada plane. There was a two hour delay on the flight that I was not informed about. There was also no organization for boarding the plane, and you had two flights going to the same place boarding at the same time."

Negativ: "The boarding was a serious problem as there were no well defined waiting areas for over 400 people to board, blocking the way for other people to walk around the gates. The Toronto airport decided to board two flights to Frankfurt by two different airlines directly next to each other at about the same time, leading to lots of confusion. My frustration was increased by the fact that the airline managed to forget my luggage at transfer, while my travel companions was "just" delayed. during flight while the service was good, the quality of food was very low. The frustration was even further increased , the through the delay of the plane and the luggage problems our rental car reservation was expired as they only hold cars for 1 hour after scheduled reservation. The later not the fault of the airline, but i will certainly consider other airlines and rental car companies in my future Travel consideration unless the return trip experience changes my mind."

Negativ: "We left 2 hrs. late. I had only 45 min. to catch my connection in Frankfurt. Had to run through that huge airport with a broken toe!"

Negativ: "Delay in Our connection in Toronto caused us to miss the connection in Frankfurt - not because we couldn't run, but because it left before our delayed plane arrived. Then they gave us Stand By tickets for their problem. No exaggeration: The crew rolled a beverage cart in front of the restroom while I was in there. I couldn't leave for about 4 minutes The food made me vomit. That's why I was in the restroom when they blocked me in My headset jack was broken. 500 movies aren't worth anything if I can't hear them"

Negativ: "I was shocked to find out only select passengers had to pay for their checked luggage. I only had 1 and they charged me $50EC. I spoke to a few other passengers and they said they weren't asked to pay anything."

Positiv: "The selection of current movies was varied enough (the content got a little staler on the return trip). The hot food tasted good and was hot. The crew was not stingy with the drinks, which I always like even if they come around fewer times"
