Positiv: The crew was great, as always. Unfortunately, my seat mate was very overweight, pushing into my space. No fault of BA except that bigger seats would help the "growing" population of travelers.
Negativ: Bigger seats for bigger travelers. Especially on long flights. Those of us that are less full figured would be more comfortable.
Go back to the system that includes one checked bag and one carry on as included in the advertised price. I know that airlines need to be more competitive, but the ala carte for luggage is not acceptable. Instead, offer an opportunity for customers t donate to offset the carbon impact.

Negativ: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt.
He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off.

Negativ: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.
Positiv: the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free.
Negativ: the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value
Negativ: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Negativ: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions.
Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight.

Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !!
Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!
