Positiv: Die Business Class war deutlich besser als beim Hinflug. Die Crew hat sich mehr Mühe gegeben.
Negativ: Business Class lohnt sich nicht mit der Condor. Bis auf den freien Mittelsitz kann ich keinen Vorteil sehen. Keine Lounge, kein Preboarding. Essen ist eher Körperverletzung!
Positiv: The crew was great!!
Positiv: Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water.....
Negativ: Everything, no more Condor for me, I rather pay extra to fly with an decent airline with good seats and pitch wide and were they serve a glass of water for free
Positiv: El servicio de atención por parte de la tripulación es muy bueno.
Negativ: Si para el primer tramo escoge uno tres películas para ver aunque no las termine, para el segundo tramo del vuelo no se pueden cambiar.
Positiv: El vuelo es bastante tranquilo y la tripulación es muy atenta.
Negativ: El servicio de entretenimiento te limita a un vuelo de casi doce horas solo a ver Máximo tres películas o series.
Positiv: Nothing, it’s 4 hours in cramped seats it’s a bus hopper and nothing more if you are not willing to pay much more
Negativ: They moved the flight forward 30 mins so that I only had 30 mins to switch planes at one of the biggest airports in Europe.
Positiv: Boarded fast and early. Crew efficient and cordial. Plane clean.
Negativ: Bring your own entertainment and snacks.
Positiv: Personal muy amable y dispuesto ayudar, igualmente en el avion como en la tierra.
Negativ: Leider waren die Stewardessen auf diesem Flug, ganz anders als bei Condor gewohnt, unfreundlich, übellaunig
Positiv: Crew war sehr nett und lustig!
Negativ: Über eine halbe Stunde Verspätung des Fluges - weder das Personal beim Boarding noch die Airline selber haben uns informiert, obwohl unabhängige Portale es schon längst wussten. Boarding dann auch recht chaotisch. Catering hat leider mein Essen vertauscht - das Schnitzel ist gar nicht empfehlenswert, total lätschig.

Negativ: More space between seats, better air conditioning.
Negativ: After six hours of lay over in Frankfurt Lufthansa still managed to lose my luggage. Spending three hours at the Lost and Found office wasn't my idea of relaxing after thirty hours of traveling
Positiv: I made it to my destination safe.
Negativ: The business class seats were not comfortable. There’s not a lot of room. The flight attendants were not the nicest.
Positiv: Food was okay. Fairly quick because they dont give options, everyone gets the same thing.
Negativ: Only 2 movies available.
Negativ: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)
Positiv: It wasn’t amazing. It did its job
Negativ: Too many ch of a charter flight focused on tourist going home from a week on the beach
Negativ: Treat passengers like they aren’t an imposition-dinner & breakfast were tossed at us, beverages weren’t available until long after dinner was finished, it took 15 min to get a response to the call button, then I was told I needed to get a drink myself from the galley.

Negativ: Not choices for movies as part of flight. Just one.
Negativ: Would be nice to have access to WIFI for free to use communication apps like Whatsapp and Messenger, also a larger selection of free entertainment would be nice. I find it very disappointing that there is a fee to select a special meal such as vegan or kosher, the breakfast meal was also mediocre
Positiv: Aircraft was spacious and modern, food was the best I have had on any trans Atlantic flight in ten years.
Negativ: Check in was a shambles one hour forty minutes this could be reduced right down too many repetitive questions , security was also awful the staff need a poke with a cattle prod to speed them up, boarding was poorly handled.
Negativ: Boarding was done through a shuttle to the tarmac where the plane was parked. This eliminated the advantage of having boarding priority which was important since one person in our party had mobility issues.
Negativ: Actually having a seat would have been nice. When I arrived at the airport I was told I was on standby and did not have an assigned seat. I was forced to pay an additional €90 how to secure and upgraded seat. I will never fly this airline again
Positiv: The crew was friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable and the food was great.
Negativ: There seems to be a problem with the organization of the boarding process. I took COndor to and from Frankfurt - boarding both directions lacked organization. This last flight was a real cluster mess.
Positiv: Not much. The crew was nice but that’s about it

Negativ: Boarding area was a little confusing. More announcements and signs for direction would help.
Positiv: Seats were cramped, we had a crazy woman in front of us who kept jolting her seat every 20 min. Or so. My wife was very upset and told the stewerdesses
Negativ: No vegetarian option for second meal. No wifi at all, only one movie available to watch...Otherwise you have to pay. Most long-haul flights have a wide selection of movies available for free.
Negativ: Boarding was terrible, took a couple hours with a huge line and shuttles. They lost my bag and I won't have it for a couple days (supposedly), seats were very uncomfortable, no vegetarian food option and crew shrugged when I asked. Plane was unbearably hot when we boarded.
Positiv: Plane was nice. Good was great and there was plenty of it.
Negativ: Crew did a good job by I got the slight feeling they were working their way to their own vacation. Might have just been their youth.
Negativ: Boarding was chaotic, dependent on verbal cues being shouted by an employee without any amplification. Several families who had booked their tickets together were randomly assigned seats in the plane. You would think that group bookings would make an effort, especially when young children are involv
Positiv: Direct route is the main benefit to flying condor, other than the that the airline offers below average customer service and amenities. Even my kids say Condor is the worst airline.
Negativ: No kids movies even for purchase is unacceptable for a 10 hour flight during the high season when families travel!
Positiv: I was able to upgrade to business class at a reasonable rate. It was well worth it and the ticketing agent made it as easy as possible.
Negativ: There could have been someone at the gate sooner to answer questions or complete upgrade transactions.
Negativ: The check-in process was completely unorganized and chaotic. There should have been 7 counters open for check-in, but only 4 were available for flights leaving around the same time. One of the flights was cancelled and nobody knew which line to use as the check-in employees provided no information.
Positiv: Very tiny not enough space even for small people...very uncomfortable long haul..crew wasn’t much available
Negativ: Food they could have spare a little of food on long haul flight and drinks water, hot drinks were sporadic...had to go and ask.srvice was slow and not so great...even free movies like most planes would have been nice
Positiv: Not enough leg room for an international flight.
Only a couple of the many flight attendants seemed very happy to help you or to even be there.
As soon as the plane, the flight attendants started selling items and services ie: $11 codes to watch movies, cigarettes, etc.
Negativ: What happened to a complimentary drink with your meal, more than one kids movie as a choice for entertainment, friendly attendants and LEG ROOM? E
Negativ: for a tall person the seat spacing is torture for a 10h flight. at the least offer affordable extra legroom. I'd be fine paying 10% more for 10% more space, but not hundreds of dollars
Handgepäck nicht mehr inklusive?
Positiv: Automatische Informationen dazu, dass der Flug planmäßig stattfindet. Sehr freundliches Personal!
Negativ: Auf der Boardkarte waren „handling“ Informationen die nicht zu treffend waren. Sorgte kurz für Irritationen, aber zu keinen Problemen. Die AGB’s von Condor wurden seit der Buchung geändert, traffen aber nicht auf mich zu. Kaffe 2€. Nicht gut geschmeckt.

Positiv: I LOVE the non-stop from PHX to FRA. There are not many direct flights to Europe from Phoenix, and I am very glad that this one exists.
Negativ: The flight was two hours delayed. Condor did not send out any information regarding the delay. Really appreciate it when other airlines do.
Negativ: Condor asked me to check in my hand luggage due to lack of space. Then they lost it. That happens... But after losing my luggage Condor acts like it is not their problem and tells me I should work with some generic luggage tracker company.
Positiv: Sehr nette Crew, guter Sitzabstand und sauber.
Negativ: Die Bordunterhaltung ist halt einfach altmodisch mit einem Monitor für 5-6 Sitzreihen.
Negativ: Also gar keine Bordunterhaltung ist natürlich in der heutigen Zeit nur schwer zu verstehen.
Positiv: War ok
Negativ: Wenn wir über 2h in DUS auf dem Vorfeld rumstehen, wäre ein Wasser (KOSTENLOS) nett gewesen.
Negativ: Reisebegleiter genervt und unfreundlich. Bestuhlung sehr eng - unangenehm auf einem 5-Stunden-Flug. Erworbene Verpflegung - Sandwich - sehr pappig. Zusatzkoffer sollte vorab 150 Euro kosten - den One-Way-Flug samt Koffer hätte man eine Woche vor der Reise für 25 Euro weniger buchen können: Abzocke.
Negativ: The person was sitting right next to me was over 500 pound he took half of my seat I did not like that I didn’t pay for the seed to somebody else can sit half of it

Kayak-Buchungssystem versagt auf ganzer Linie
Negativ: Bin nicht mitgenommen worden, weil die System-Buchung aus den Fluggast-Namen "DOROTHEEBEHNSUHMGOOGLEMAILCOM" gemacht hat. Das war irgendwie nicht deckungsgleich mit meinem Ausweis. Musste neue Tickets kaufen !!! TOTAL-VERLUST der bei Kayak gebuchten Tickets !
