Positiv: "I have been a fan of Easyjet for years but my last four experiences with them have been poor to say the least. A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?"

Der Flug Morgens hatte wieder 1h Verspätung. Das Personal war schlecht informiert und alle mussten lange warten. Im Internet bekam man die informationen früher als am Flughafen. Auf dem Hinflug saß ich mit Kleinkind auf dem Schoss zwischen zwei wirklich grossen breiten Männern die wie Tetrissteine in die Sitze eingebaut waren und sich nicht mehr rühren konnten."

Die langen Wartezeiten beim Sicherheitscheck waren unnötig und 2separate Schlangen für priority Fluggäste und regulär auch völlig unnötig und nervig. Die Infos dazu nicht gut."

Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Positiv: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Negativ: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Negativ: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

Positiv: "I like a few other people on the same flight were informed on checking in at Rome airport that we had no luggage drop. We were sure that we had paid for luggage for the return voyage. This meant that I was charged 80euros extra. Now obviously the site for booking did not. Make this clear or so many wouldn’t make the same mistake. I think the least that could have been done would be to charge 25 euros per bag. I my husband, brother and his wife will not travel Ryanair again."

Negativ: "5 X delays, Incompetent pilot, No organisation of ground crew 2.5hr late"

Negativ: "Flight was cancelled , next flight 2 days later. Only online checking within 24-2hours else 55£ at the airport . Tried to checking online multiple times. Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"

Negativ: "Staff rude; delay; mess in the cabin during delay; staff not able to keep people quiet plus flight attendants were mixing with people creating more confusion: we paid a ticket for a flight not to be in a pub for 2 hours (the time we spent in the aircraft before taking off)"

Negativ: "The seats are uncomfortable, the application of the baggage policy is inflexible & difficult, there are no places to put your things and having seating assigned randomly when you travel with someone is ridiculous. I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."

Positiv: "Boarding was by bus but worked out ok."
Negativ: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

Negativ: "The airline had hidden regulations that if you are a first time customer will cost you way more than you think. Just be carefull"

Negativ: "they forced me to check in my small han luggage even though i would have put it under my seat which does not disturb anybody and wors with every other airline. + 1h delay without information. result: I was home at 1am in the morning instead of 11h30."

Negativ: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."

Positiv: "The flight was comfortable enough for a short haul flight. Hostesses were fine I didn't have the need to deal with them tbh not very happy looking"
Negativ: "Delayed. This happens so it's fine. We get to the gate to then have to load our own non priority bags on the baggage carriage ourselves with people pushing others off the back side (accidentally). That was not well orgakised at all. I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"

Positiv: "Fly was moved from 18.00 to 22.00 After that 30 minutes delay. They tooks my 2 bags because of leak of space Inside a plane. So I spent anothet 30 minutes with my 2 kids awaiting for collection of my lagguge after arriving. Horrible experience!"
