Positiv: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean.

Negativ: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats.

Positiv: Crew was very friendly!

Negativ: The plane smelled terrible - almost like one of the toilets had backed up.

Negativ: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Negativ: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Negativ: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Negativ: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Positiv: Very little to like flying like this

Negativ: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Positiv: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Negativ: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Negativ: Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time

Positiv: fast boarding, friendly ground & plane staff, no pedantic messing around with on board luggage...easy, cheap & overall remarkable value

Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Negativ: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Positiv: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Negativ: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Positiv: Sehr aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Negativ: Etwas wenig Platz (schmale Sitze, wenig Beinfreiheit. Damit kann ich für den Preis aber leben. Das Personal und die perfekte Abwicklung machen es wett!

Positiv: Ryan Air’s website was down most of the evening when I attempted to check in. Once it finally came back, they had no record of my booking. After hours of attempts I had to call it quits. I will report this as fraud to my bank. I had to book another flight. Thanks, guys. Great platform you’ve built here.

Negativ: Depart on time.

Positiv: Fly was moved from 18.00 to 22.00 After that 30 minutes delay. They tooks my 2 bags because of leak of space Inside a plane. So I spent anothet 30 minutes with my 2 kids awaiting for collection of my lagguge after arriving. Horrible experience!

Negativ: The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs.

Negativ: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Positiv: Das Flugzeug hatte in Hamburg 2Stunden Verspätung. Wetter: London ruhig Gutscheine: Ja Durchsagen: nicht oder sehr schlecht zu verstehen. Ausstieg aus der Maschine: 30 Min. warten !

Negativ: Getränke an Bord: kostenpflichtig zu Flughafen Preisen Warum eine Business Class für 99€ Aufpreis angeboten wird obwol es lächerlich ist, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Insgesamt eine miserable Leistung.

Positiv: The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time

Negativ: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Negativ: The whole business of charging for drinks and mediocre food in economy, while they tout that business will get a full meal. BA is NOT Ryanair, or is it?

Positiv: KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

Negativ: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Positiv: On time, clean on the plane.

Negativ: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Positiv: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!
