Negativ: The transfer was too complicated, long distance to walk, security check line, not enough time for transfer, had to run to catch the next flight

Positiv: Everything! I never knew Finnair was such a great airline.
Negativ: Other than maybe the lengthy layover time, which probably can't be helped, nothing could have been better.
Positiv: Crew was pleasant.
Negativ: Very old plane with seatback screens or USB ports for charging.

Negativ: Tired and dated cabin; seats extremely uncomfortable causing severe back pain. In flight entertainment very old fashioned with small low resolution screens.
Positiv: Crew was mostly attentive and helpful.
Negativ: Had the boarding queues setup and when they got to group 5 they flipped the sign and those of us in front had to go in the back. Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front.
Negativ: The flight was delayed due to plane safety issues, but the crew fixed it and got us to London almost in time. I didn’t love that there were no vegan food options, and even if there had been, they ran out of fresh food by time we were served. Not great.

Negativ: For starters they should have not misplaced my luggage since I was stuck in LHR for almost 6 hours which means that they had plenty of time to carefully load my single suitcase. I am so mad.
Positiv: Intranet wifi meant I could watch entertainment on my iPad
Negativ: Seats are very uncomfortable
Positiv: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Negativ: Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand

Negativ: The food was mediocre. Flying La Compagnie in the past was a much better food experience.
Positiv: Seat space a bit tight . I should have upgraded to more leg room . Next time!

Positiv: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.
Negativ: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.
Negativ: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port

Positiv: A simple connecting flight turned into a complete joke!!! Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them.

Positiv: Good airline and good service
Positiv: Fast flight and smooth, little turbulence.
Negativ: 2hr delay at JFK resulted in missing my connecting flight to Dubai. The drink and meal service was awful. I tried calling for an attendant using the help button and they didn’t respond at all.
Negativ: They list checked our stroller in at the gate but didn’t give it back at our layover in Moscow 6 hour carrying a baby. And when we went to their desk immediately after getting off our plane from Sofia to Moscow they wouldn’t even call the plane to see if it was there.
Negativ: Very delayed - both on takeoff and on landing
Negativ: When we boarded the plane it was a bot chaotic, quite a few people were sitting in the wrong seats (including someone sitting in mine). There was also a delay in departing because of weather (which isnt the airlines fault) but maybe a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice.
Positiv: On time.
Negativ: Seat spacing is awful.
Negativ: It’s hard to get used to not having seat-back entertainment when you’ve had it the rest of the trip!
Negativ: A longer connection so I didn’t miss the flight.
