Positiv: The flight was very comfortable

Negativ: The flight should be not delay.. I paid money for been late...45 dollars they don’t appreciate loyalty

Positiv: Very friendly and attentive crew; very efficient and timely boarding; surprisingly good meals

Negativ: With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!

Positiv: The crew was fabulous

Negativ: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.

Negativ: I don’t understand why we had to pay for checked bags. Second, we paid for advanced assignment of 4 seats (middle) to travel together, but one person ended up getting separated; it does not make sense

Negativ: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Negativ: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Negativ: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Negativ: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Positiv: Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!

Negativ: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Positiv: Late departure, dirty, staff not friendly.

Positiv: Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced.

Negativ: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Negativ: Boarding procedures are a disaster. The plane arrived early however there was not a gate available for 45-60 minutes. Removal of the bags for customs inspection also took over 45 minutes. We then missed our connecting flight Out luggage made the plane but we didn’t!

Positiv: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Positiv: The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful.

Positiv: Food was absolutely terrible. Worst airline food of any trip I‘ve taken. Service was sparse. One beverage for the entire flight

Negativ: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Negativ: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Positiv: Seats are comfortable on Business Class. Service is good

Negativ: Constant delays specially from CDG! Poor cabin service specially on this flight.

Negativ: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Positiv: Everything! The service was exceptional!

Negativ: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Positiv: There was a blonde flight attendant who was extremely attractive which distracted from how hot the plane was during boarding and prior to take off since the air was not on.

Negativ: Turn the air on before you start boarding the flight.

Positiv: Nothing outstanding comes to mind. TAP Portugal was a million times more hospitable and accommodating.

Negativ: They allowed us to check a bag, without telling us that it definitely would not make it to our next stop on time. Almost all the passengers on our plane had to return the next day to collect our bags, at our own expense. This had happened to the flight before us too. There were no apologies to us

Positiv: Quick boarding, take off, landing

Negativ: The announcements were a bit loud and startling

Positiv: I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children.

Negativ: The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline

Negativ: The transfer in Madrid was ridiculous. They could not find a bus to transport passengers and no one had any clue.
