Positiv: The gate agent refused allow us to board..even though fully paid we were checked in and had boarding passes IN HAND..said there was a problem caused by kiwi sjd fid no honor our ticket. We missed 2 planes, had to find. A hotel in Mexico City and buy new tickets to get home. INSANE

Negativ: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Positiv: 2 free checked bags

Negativ: Very long wait time.

Negativ: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard.

Negativ: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Positiv: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Negativ: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Positiv: Really a nice meal and good service

Negativ: My headphone and USB jack did not work so I wasn't able to use the entertainment like I had wanted.

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Positiv: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Negativ: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Negativ: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Negativ: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Negativ: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Negativ: the tray was broken and the water felt all over. the flight was 1 hr delayed. All of us stood the 1 hr waiting to know what's next. We could sit.

Positiv: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Positiv: I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began.

Negativ: The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!

Positiv: Flying these days is as bad as it gets. We made it, that is what I liked.

Negativ: Had bought a ticket that allowed me to check in a suitcase and to chose my seat. The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others.

Negativ: The landing was a bit rough!!

Positiv: Very attentive and friendly personnel; efficient and timely boarding: surprisingly good meals

Positiv: Airport (AEP) was nice, plane and crew were good.

Negativ: The only problem was that our flight moved 50 minutes earlier and we didn’t get any email notification from kayak. But that may not be latam fault.

Negativ: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!
