Negativ: Retrieval of my luggage in Boston took over 45 minutes. What good is it having Global Entry when other passengers behind me in Customs are getting their bags first?!?!?! Make good on my inconvenience Luftwaff.

Negativ: The flight was delayed which didn’t allow enough time for a transfer. The crew was rude, apparently there is no alocohil served on this flights, even for purchase. You can buy some beer for 4 euros but nothing else. They didn’t turn on a/c so it was very hot as well. The choice of movies was horrible.

Positiv: Almost nothing, this was a terrible flight and experience! The movies were good, that's about it.
Negativ: No online check-in, long waiting at in-person check-in. Rude, inattentive personnel; worst is that every passenger in transit need to go through customs in Xiamen which is terribly complicated. No word about this upon booking or on Xiamen airline's website. Customs in China isn't a nice experience either. Nobody was able to find the right way for check-in, it was a mess. I will never fly again Xiamen Airlines and I recommend to everyone to avoid this airline under any circumstances.
Negativ: We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.
Positiv: Service was great as usual. Food was very good and entertainment options were great so you won't have to be bored throughout the trip.
Positiv: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing

Positiv: Zuerst mal zum Negativen... Die Zwischenlandung in Bangok erfolgte eine halbe Stunde zu früh.... Betreuung, Essen und Getränke war absolut i.O. Moment..., habe noch was negatives... Es gab kein Campari Orange. War leider alle. Der Gin Tonic als Aperativ tat es aber auch. Wenn es irgendwie geht, fliegen wir seit 10 Jahren mit Thai. Vorzugsweise versuchen wir die A380 zu buchen., aber die Triple 7 ist auch i.O..

Negativ: Air France delayed our JFK to CDG flight. That caused us to miss our connection flight afterwards from CDG to MUC. We got a later flight luckily but one of our bags got lost and is still currently lost!!!

Negativ: They could have acknowledged my emerald status. They could have upgraded me to premium economy. That’s about all. It was a basic economy seat so not so great. Terrible space under that seat - blocked by video machinery.

The admin infrastructure for China Southern is woefully behind the rest of their competitors in customer service and such! I think we were about to scream if we got one more person who was going to say they wanted to help, but couldn't do anything!

Negativ: Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process.
Positiv: It was better with the earache, plane felt cleaner, the crew was more friendly and attentive. Didn't feel as dark as the first flight.
Negativ: The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like.

Negativ: Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct.

Positiv: Das Flugzeug war sehr angenehm, vermutlich noch relativ neu. Das Entertainment-System fiel dadurch positiv auf, dass es funktionierte, viele praktische Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Vglw. gutes Essen, welches den Europäern auch freundlich serviert wurde.
Negativ: Offenbar war ein Teil des Personals nicht ganz frei von Vorurteilen ggü. Asiaten. Die unterschiedliche Behandlung fiel bei einigen Gelegenheiten auf. Leider war das ansonsten angenehme Flugzeug sehr eng und voll besetzt.
Negativ: There were not enough vegetarian options, so I had only bread, butter, and dessert.
Negativ: Delay of more than two hours caused my booking at the hotel to be cancelled. Not only i lost all my money but have no hotel to stay What is your responsibility on that???
Positiv: Lots of entertainment from music to podcasts to movies and tv. Food was good!
Negativ: The flight was quite cold! More teas and coffee instead of cold drinks. Couldn’t tell if there was WiFi or not :/
