Positiv: Das Einzige was an Eurowings gefallen kann ist der Preis im Vergleich mit Swiss. Es ist eine Billigairline auf Niveau Easy Jet und Ryanair.
Negativ: Verspaetung, Beinfreiheit. Am Schlimmsten aber finde ich, dass sogar den Senatormitglieder der Zugang zur Staralliance Lounge verwehrt wird. Was soll das?????
Positiv: On time
Negativ: Flight was cancelled, difficult rebooking.
Positiv: Es war wirklich alles hervorragend. Bestens, so möchte ich immer fliegen!
Negativ: Nothing except control for entertainment didn’t work
Positiv: Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy.
Negativ: I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads.
Negativ: Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again.
Positiv: Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful.
Negativ: Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not...
Negativ: Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!

Positiv: The crew was amazingly helpful. My son was having some anxiety and they went out their way to make him comfortable. They were the best!

Negativ: Old plane. Seats were super tiny and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in the same spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.

Positiv: Cabin crew was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided good inflight service.
Negativ: The boarding was very chaotic. Very few institutions or announcements made by ground crew. Passengers weren’t sure where to queue being that there were multiple gates for the A380-800 and were left asking each other and comparing boarding passes. Little to no air circulation in economy.
Positiv: The crew was polite and helpful. The wine was free and each seat had it's own screen with a good assortment of movies and TV shows.
Negativ: The food could be much better. Although coming from Sicily it's tough to compare.
Negativ: Check in was annoying in Paris as we had to go to ticket counter, and then go to a different counter to pay for luggage. Annoyed in the first place to have to pay for 2 checked bags on international flight, but to have to go into three separate lines in order to do so was pouring salt into a wound.

Negativ: They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions.

Positiv: Everything was pleasant as expected except for one thing, mentioned below.
Negativ: 45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know.
Positiv: Great food, excellent crew, pillow, blanket, water bottle... what more could i ask for?
Negativ: Mildly annoying advertisements for the in- flight shopping during the movies and overhead

Positiv: Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything.

Negativ: My seat was dirty. Gun like material on the seat. I had to put a blanket on my seat. Cold in the back rows. Later, it was adjusted. If you asked for a second travel size bag of Pretzel, I had to wait until they completed the distribution for all travellers. Give me some. Real. Have we gotten that

Negativ: Sitze waren sehr verschlissen, bzw. funtionierten teilweise nicht. Bordunterhaltung war nur auf einem Monitor möglich der andere Monitor funktionierte nicht.

Negativ: Very little room in economy class. For a 6'1" person, it's impossible to get comfortable.
Negativ: 4 Stunden Wartezeit am Flughafen leider zu lang:(
Negativ: Two hour delay meant we missed our connection. Then given a very late flight and had to haggle for ages to get earlier flight and told we should pay extra for it!
Negativ: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.
Positiv: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.
Negativ: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.

Negativ: Hohe Mehrkosten für Aufgabegepäck sowie Sitzplatzreservierung mit mehr Beinfreiheit (bin 190cm groß und hätte im Normalsitz kaum sitzen können). Snacks kann man vergessen. Bei diesem Flug war kein Gratis-WIFI vorhanden; ist weniger ärgerlich wie beim Hinflug wo eines vorhanden war jedoch nicht funktioniert hat.
Negativ: Fast 90 Minuten Verspätung Service könnte etwas mehr auf Zack dein

Negativ: There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own
Negativ: 1h 45 minutes waiting for luggages in Bucharest Otopeni. Still not delivered.
Negativ: Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline.
Positiv: Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier.
Negativ: Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats.

Negativ: I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib
