Negativ: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Positiv: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Negativ: plane seating reclining even 15 degrees.

Positiv: Reibungsloser, pünktlicher Ablauf, positiv war die durch das Personal strikte Priority, Sitzabstand war bei dem Kurzflug nach London trotz 1,90m ok, beim Rückflug das Draußenstehen im Wind naja, natürlich keine Bordunterhaltung und keine Verpflegung, stattdessen die nervige Aufpreispolitik - mach den Flug gleich zwanzig oder dreißig Euro teurer und lass mich in Ruhe mit den Aufpreisen für jeden Mist - das versaut einem den ganzen Flug- und Reisespaß.

Negativ: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Positiv: Flight was 20 minutes early.

Negativ: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Positiv: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Negativ: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Negativ: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Positiv: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!

Negativ: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Negativ: Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so.

Negativ: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Negativ: Flug hatte Verspätung, Landung war sehr ruppig, und wenn man 2 Tickets bucht sollte man eigentlich trotz günstigem Preis davon ausgehen dass man zusammen sitzt!!!

Negativ: Airport personal seems to pick and target few people only to force the new bag policy on whilst others go through unquestioned. I wasn’t involved but could how some people from a different national background seemed targeted by ground staff

Negativ: Not waiting in the cold for 15minutes before boarding the plane

Positiv: No issues - everything went smoothly

Negativ: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Negativ: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Negativ: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Negativ: Ryaniar uses questionable practices to charge for services that are free on almost all other airlines. What is most offensive is not the fact that they charge but they make it difficult for passengers to reduce or avoid such fees.

Positiv: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Negativ: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Positiv: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Negativ: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Negativ: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.
