Positiv: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Negativ: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Positiv: The overall price

Negativ: Waiting in line for boarding to find out the passengers in the plane that had arrived had not disembarked. Passengers (and not just priority) brought more than one bag onto the plane. The overhead stowage was bulging. As a passenger with a foot cast the disembarkation was not the best

Negativ: Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time

Positiv: The flight was on time and direct.

Negativ: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: Comfort of the plane. So freaking uncomfortable. Seats didn’t even recline back.

Positiv: I liked that we were not late and that the late coming priority guests were told to pay attention next time. Take off and landing were both nice.

Negativ: Boarding was a little slow and we were somewhat late.

Negativ: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Positiv: Very comfortable flight all round, crew were friendly and efficient.

Negativ: Too many school groups and screaming children

Positiv: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Negativ: She could have informed me they where no longer available.

Positiv: Uncomfortable seats.

Negativ: Seats, and helping passengers when they have delays

Positiv: Seat was both comfortable and spacious. Crew were very attentive and personable.

Positiv: Staff was very friendly and loved the food.

Negativ: For economy class, nothing.

Positiv: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Negativ: The offer of wine. The wifi options.

Positiv: Wonderful on board service from the crew

Positiv: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Negativ: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Positiv: Crew was awesome, seat spacing comfort not so much.

Negativ: Need to have seat upright to use trays to eat on flight

Negativ: It was a very old plane with two movie options that were just running from the start of the flight on a scratchy screen.

Positiv: Crew was great and seats had footrests.

Negativ: Very old plane with outdated entertainment system and no power outlets. Had to take bus to plane, we repeatedly lined up for boarding only to have our flight delayed again and again.

Positiv: No issues - everything went smoothly

Negativ: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Positiv: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Negativ: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Negativ: USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible

Positiv: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Negativ: Upgrade passengers that you make late.

Positiv: Nice crew, friendly. Plenty room on flight as it not booked full. Flight left on time

Positiv: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.
