In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

Manchester plane was delayed one hour, no problem, but I arrived in Istanbul at the right time and the gate was open I gave them my ticket. They told me that the sestem moved your seat to the second plane but now the plane is open. ? I waited 6 hours at Ataturk airport and had a working meeting I could not attend"

We already went through 3 security checks prior to boarding the flight. Security staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate for peoples belongings."

Positiv: "Business class cabin in the 777 was really spacious. Flight wasn’t full so I also had two seats to myself. Onboard chef was a beautiful touch and food was also delicious. Seats comfortable and IFE good."
Negativ: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."

Sitting in an overcrowded Airport in Turkey was so uncomfortable and miserable. Boarding was very long lines and went through so many check points. But the staff was very friendly on board. Praise God I made it home safe."
Negativ: "The lay over from Munich Germany to The US in the Turkey Airport was So Uncomfortable and Miserable. I was told that I would be given a room but never received it. The Airport was severely overcrowded all night and day. I was going to use Turkey monthly to go back to Germany but I probably won't now."

Leider gab es in der Eco nur ein Glas Wasser, was diesmal aber nicht kundgetan wurde (oder ich habe geschlafen und hab das nicht gehört). Danach war aber auch keine Motivation mehr vorhanden die ausgegeben Plastikbecher anzusammeln. Man sollte die einfach im Netz des Vordersitzes reinstecken. Naja ...."

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Negativ: "On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time."

Zweimal wurde das Gate gewechselt und zwar nicht mal auf derselben Ebene, sondern sogar in einem anderen Terminal und der Flieger hatte auch noch mehr als 1 Stunde Verspätung. 2. Das Essen war für eine Businessclass und einen mehr als 2 stündigen Flug eine echte Zumutung. Kalte und geschmacklose Vorspeise."

Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc."

Positiv: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Negativ: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."

At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Positiv: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."

The problem here, though, was that there were no charging plugs at the seats, so you’d better have a full battery when you get on and hope it lasts. Of course, I could have just read the inflight magazine, except that my reading light was broken. Food was decent for airline food."
