Ich musste 3 Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlen, 1 davon völlig unnötig. 3 - Gate Änderung von 92 auf 98 in Palma de Mallorca unmittelbar vor der Rückflug sodass ich fast mein Flug nach München verpasst habe. Den ganzen Stress und 2 extra Gebühren kann ich mir ersparen wenn ich mein Ticket direkt in der Reiseagentur kaufe."

Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320."

The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

Several of us ran to where the flight gate was but the plane already left. It turns out other people were also called and turned down United’s offer. So the question is since our flight was purposely overbooked did United take advantage of our situation and just leave and cause all of us great pain and duress with no compensation for all of our inconvenience."

The automatic snack machine only took Euro coins and not bills or credit cards. Then the crew was a little snippy and unfriendly. Not a great experience overall."

Negativ: "We waited in line to check baggage because it was Lufthansa and got to the front before finding out it was a united flight. No where did it say United check in. Just aggravating."

Luckily the crew was good and helpful atherwise I could not even sit with my husband. My chair was broken so I had to sit very straight. The screen was very tiny like only half size of the one on Luthansa flight. The food was only so so as well but that was just my personal taste."

No information provided ahead of time, to alert me to arrive at the boarding gate early for the extra screening. After I passed through the extra security screening at the gate in Munich, and then went to the counter to complete the extra passport check and security questions, I was asked to step aside and wait. No one told me why. I had to insist on an explanation to the airline staff, and realized there was a mistake - they thought I had not gone through the extra security screening before going to the passport check counter, but I had. This created extra stress and delay for me, as this took place when boarding had started. Respectfully, I suggest that staff is more communicative."

Negativ: "She was not able to fly to Germany even though we paid for the ticket"

Negativ: "The boarding process was unnecessarily complicated by United Airlines. I was made to wait right until take off time without any information while they "confirmed my visa" on which I entered the US multiple times in the past."

Positiv: "We were very pleased with the service and comfort. Special recognition for our flight attendant, Robin. She was wonderful."
Negativ: "It would have been great to have a USB port at the seat as in other international airlines."

The agent was not willing to refund the money I paid and give us ordinary seats. Apparently, with Air Europa, money goes only one way. Still, cheap, so may be attractive."

Negativ: "Das Flugpersonal war eher unfreundlich und hatte schlechte Englischkenntnisse, es wurden nur Getränke gegen Bezahlung serviert."

Positiv: "Die Sitze waren gut verstellbar und die Temperatur im Flugzeug sehr angenehm. Es musste sicher niemand frieren. Ein genügend breites Film- und Musikangebot war vorhanden."
Negativ: "Beim Online-Check-in ist es nur möglich, die Boarding-Karten auszudrucken und nicht aufs Handy zu senden. Wer nimmt schon seinen Drucker mit in den Urlaub! Deshalb stand am Check-in-Schalter dann eine Mega-Schlange an, obwohl der Online Check-in vorher schon erfolgt war. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Flugpersonals. Kopfhörer für die Fernseher müssen gekauft werden (2,50 €). Der Verkauf beginnt jedoch erst eine Stunde nach dem Start. Bis dahin kann man sich mit Lippenlesen beschäftigen. Die Kaffeebewirtung wurde ab der Hälfte des Flugzeuges unterbrochen wegen Turbulenzen. Verständlich! Nur wurde der Rest der Passagiere danach nicht mehr bedient. Wer unbedingt Kaffee wollte, konnte einzeln in der Besatzungskabine nachfragen. Die Toiletten müssten bei einem Langstreckenflug unbedingt zwischendurch einmal gereinigt werden."

Positiv: "I liked everything. I enjoyed my flight very much. We even arrived before time."
Negativ: "No dislikes on my flight"

Positiv: "The flight was half empty which was great as i had 3 seats for myself. Everything was on time and functional. The crew was polite and nice."

Positiv: "Beide Flüge (FRA-Madrid und Madrid-Mallorca) waren pünktlich. Da wir in Madrid über 5 Stunden Aufenthalt hatten, sind wir mit dem Taxi zum Prado gefahren und haben uns 2 1/2 Stunden dort die wunderbare Gemäldesammlung angesehen. Das Personal war höflich und freundlich."

Negativ: "Having to pay $60 for a suitcase and not getting a reminder that i needed to pay for the luggage in order to save $30. Other passengers had two suitcases that were treated as carryon and they were not. I am still trying to figure out a way to check in my luggage for my departing trip."

Positiv: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a very comfortable piece of equipment and Air Europe is flying it on this route. Fast, quiet, stable. The AE staff was awesome. Departure and arrival timely and I prefer the "old" airport in Madrid to the new airport."

Positiv: "Boarding was fast. The breakfast sandwich was good. It was nice the cabin lights were turned down since it was an overnight flight. Also all seats had a pillow and blanket."
Negativ: "The seats were extremely cramped, very difficult to get comfortable. The bathrooms early into the flight were dirty and one had no toilet paper the entire flight, making me wonder if any were cleaned between flights. Having TV's is a nice option to pass the time on a long flight. The problem was the seats were so close it was uncomfortable to watch them."

Negativ: "Really uncomfortable airplane with painful seats. Entertainment system (and airplane as a whole) was very outdated. Take off and landing were awful--it seemed like the pilot didn't know what he/she was doing."

Positiv: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Negativ: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Negativ: "Every single person that worked there from front desk to flight attendants were sassy and rude on both my flight there and back."

Positiv: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be. No food or entertainment to rate on Paris -Madrid leg."
Negativ: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do."

Negativ: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Positiv: "787 is a nice, modern plane"
Negativ: "Crew was kind of rude. Late dinner service, on a overnight transatlantic lasting only 7.5 hrs one cannot wait More than two hours to get dinner and be able to catch some sleep. Noisy breakfast service, it did not matter if people tried to keep sleeping. The in-flight entertainment program was not tested and needed to be rebooted well into the first hour of flight. Poor preparation and not very kind crew."

Negativ: "Damaged my bag on departure Waited 2 hours for my checked in bag to come out on arrival"
