Positiv: The crew was helpful and friendly, priority boarding was super speedy and the food was served promptly (to my neighbouring passenger not me).

Negativ: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.

Negativ: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Negativ: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Negativ: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Negativ: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Positiv: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Positiv: Amy was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! One of the best flight attendants l have ever met.

Negativ: There was absolutely no room for me in the seat. It was very cramped. The planes from Dublin to Munich and Munich to London looked dated and shabby. There was no entertainment available. The food was mediocre to bad.

Negativ: Flug wurde wegen schlechtem Wetter annulliert. Schade kann passieren. Was nicht passieren darf dass niemand vor Ort erreichbar ist der helfen kann. Website könnte den Andrang nicht standhalten. In Zeiten von cloud Services unverzeihlich. Stundenlanges versuchen bei der Hotline um zumindest in die Warteschlange zu gelangen. Umgebuchter Flug wurde dann aus unersichtluchen Gründen nochmal annulliert. Alles von vorn. Niemand kann etwas zur Kostenübernahme sagen. Ich kam 3tage später an. Nie wieder Brittisch Airways!!!!

Positiv: Das Flugpersonal war hektisch beim Servieren. Das bezahlen nur mit Karte war anstrengend und zeitraubend. Eine Stewardess hat Ihre Schuhe nicht richtig.angehabt. Ein Fuß war außerhalb des Schuhs. Waren insgesamt nicht sehr charmant. Sollten sich ein Beispiel an Lufthansa nehmen. Die kassieren für einen Snack und was zu trinken nicht. LH ist besser

Negativ: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Negativ: Essen muss bezahlt werden. Bordunterhaltung war nicht vorhanden. Sitze waren sehr eng.

Positiv: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Negativ: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Negativ: 13 hour flight and only one meal and a sandwich

Positiv: Red wine was OK, passed on the free sandwich as last time it didn’t agree with me

Positiv: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Negativ: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Positiv: Regular city hopper flight. Did what it’s supposed to. No entertainment no free coffee

Negativ: I’d rather have the flight attendants have the safety instructions presented.

Positiv: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Negativ: Upgrade passengers that you make late.

Negativ: Very rude crew, I asked for water and I was told to get and help myself

Positiv: The change in seat to middle seat, different row for my wife and I was enough for me to think again about a ticket with you

Positiv: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Negativ: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Negativ: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Positiv: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Negativ: I tried to check in 24 hours before the flight and was unable to, resulting in a missed flight and hundreds of USD for another flight plus the cost to get to another airport

Negativ: The cups were at best 5oz, including cups for hot beverages. I bring my own tea when I fly. the small cups made me feel like I was wasting a tea bag.
