Negativ: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Negativ: Budget seats are a little close when the person in front of you leans back, but not the end of the world.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around.

Negativ: They charged me $60 for checking one bag in for this international flight

Positiv: Got to ride on a Boeing 747 Intercontinental!

Negativ: It’s hard to give a good review when the first of three flights is an hour late. Made me and my wife run through Frankfurt airport to make my connection. Only made it by 2 minutes. Frankfurt security was super slow and no one cares.

Negativ: Delay due to strike

Positiv: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Negativ: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Positiv: Flight arrived on time

Negativ: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Positiv: Fly was delayed.i was told my bag would go to end but it was not.instead of coming to the hotel 7pm i came 1am.

Negativ: Explain me to take the bag on time.it was almost left in the airport.

Positiv: Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!

Negativ: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Positiv: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

Negativ: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Positiv: The Delta flight service was much better than the Air France flight I took on the previous leg.

Positiv: The entire experience was amazing that gives me a broader scope to choose from when selecting flights to Europe. The most amazing part was the attentiveness of the staff. Exemplary!!!!!

Negativ: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.
