Positiv: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Positiv: Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!.

Negativ: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Negativ: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Negativ: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Negativ: Better, cleaner seats. Poor movie selection and nott to mention terrible food.

Positiv: Brand new very nice/comfortable planes. Great routes and flight departure/arrive times. Really great value.

Negativ: They’re a budget airline so they nickel and dime you for food and beverage. They are not a member of “sky team” so if they have a flight delay or cancellation they will not book you on another airline.

Negativ: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Negativ: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Negativ: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Positiv: The crew did its best to make up for the fact that the special meal I ordered was inedible.

Positiv: On time and the staff were very good. The food was not great, buy good.

Negativ: Tried and was unable to choose my seat in advance for flight and thus had to wait until I arrived at the gate. Thus I was unable to sit with my daughter. Was promised seats could be chosen 24 hours in advance, but was not allowed to either on line or via phone.

Positiv: Got to ride on a Boeing 747 Intercontinental!

Negativ: It’s hard to give a good review when the first of three flights is an hour late. Made me and my wife run through Frankfurt airport to make my connection. Only made it by 2 minutes. Frankfurt security was super slow and no one cares.

Negativ: You cancelled. Cost me lost lodging, missed connecting flights and a day of my trip.

Positiv: The crew were so friendly and helpful.

Negativ: I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option.

Negativ: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Negativ: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Negativ: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Positiv: Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew.
