Positiv: Nothing the crew was mean and rude I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again

Positiv: Good service, friendly staff and easy boarding process, good food and on time departure

Negativ: No complaints

Positiv: Nothing.

Negativ: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Positiv: Efficient check in and polite crew.

Positiv: The crew was very friendly and responsive and the flight left right on time.

Negativ: The food was not good and there was very little in way of tv entertainment.

Positiv: Good airline, great service, boarding process, on time departure and arrival

Negativ: No complaints

Positiv: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Negativ: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Negativ: No water at toilet....??? No coffee....??? The the movie’s subtitles were out of time.

Positiv: Price. Service and food offered in the plane

Negativ: The boarding process: everyone crowds into the line without regard of the grouping.

Negativ: Flight to Lisbon late. Missed connection Now have 10 hour delay

Negativ: We ended up with two center seats. Person in front put back her seat so I couldn't even fully unfold my service tray

Negativ: One more toilet on the Lisbon Geneva flight would have been nice.

Positiv: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Negativ: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant

Negativ: No entertainment. Flight was an hour late due to mechanical problems. They could have kept us better informed.

Negativ: Snack at end of flight was good but lunch was not good and the dinner in Executive Class going over was not good

Positiv: Nothing! Horrible!

Negativ: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Positiv: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Negativ: Transfer time in Lisbon

Positiv: Food was great, seat was amazing

Negativ: Boarding was done by bus and it took too long and it want comfortable

Positiv: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Negativ: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.
