Negativ: old planes with bad seats and no chargers or entertainment

Negativ: Boarding was slow but they had increased number of wheelchair clients. Not their fault but was a known so the process could have been started earlier.

Positiv: Crew was excellent.

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Positiv: I did not receive a single email from kayak letting me know I could check in or select seats. No updates on flight status! Poor service!

Negativ: Email updates before flight! Not a single email sent!!

Positiv: Food was good .

Negativ: Didnt turn on the AC until were in air, implying that everybody was sweating for 30min from boarding to ip in air. Crew refused Green Tea, saying it is only offered in Business class

Negativ: The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs

Negativ: Amazing

Negativ: Could of been on time. I missed my connection and it cost me 1000’s. Worst airline ever.

Positiv: Seats comfy plenty of room

Negativ: The delay which was no fault of Vueling

Negativ: Extremely unfriendly staff at check-in. Boarding was chaos.

Positiv: Much shorter flight time.

Negativ: My experience on the second flight was completely different from the first. Staff was not as friendly. Food was bad. No entertainment due to short flight time. Not as good of an experience.

Negativ: Lost a whole day and a half of vacation!

Positiv: Food was absolutely terrible. Worst airline food of any trip I‘ve taken. Service was sparse. One beverage for the entire flight

Negativ: They charged me $60 for checking one bag in for this international flight

Positiv: Quick flight. Again, attentive and kind crew who made themselves readily available to passengers.

Negativ: The boarding process was a mess. We were taken by bus to a new terminal, but the bus was not heated and ended up sitting on the tarmac. They allowed passengers to board from two entries, but without organization. So passengers were found tangled up in the rows, attempting to find their seats.
