Positiv: Sitze ok, verspätete Flüge mit langen Phasen auf dem Rollfeld via Flugzeug bzw. Bus.

Positiv: We were vaguely on time.. only 3 hours 20 minutes late.

Negativ: An email with some waffly documents was sent out, seemingly to cloud the fact that every person on that flight could have claimed 250€ of compensation..

Negativ: The seats. The gate was one og the last ones

Negativ: They made us wait at the gate an hour without saying nothing, and then inside the plane, we had to wait 30 minutes to departure, and they didn't explain anything neither.

Negativ: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Negativ: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Positiv: Online booking was nice and easy.

Negativ: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Positiv: Quick boarding.

Negativ: The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs.

Negativ: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: Sunday night flight from Nuremberg 22.15 was over 1h delayed, means majority of passenger missed any chance to get last Stansted Express to London. A logistical nightmare. Other airlines were also late but Wizz Air for instance handed out vouchers for snacks. At least some small sign of apology. Nothing from Ryanair.

Positiv: Very quick flight

Negativ: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Negativ: When i arrived in london gatwick , with easy jet , my flight was late on entry and the bus did not connect on time with the scheduled buses and it did not give me enough time to get to london stansted. Extra costs of 158 british pounds to take a taxi do i could catch my flight . Very unprofessional

Negativ: Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so.

Negativ: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Negativ: Four hour delay leaving Stansted because the outsourced ground crew was understaffed. Abysmal.

Positiv: The crew was really nice with the passengers

Positiv: Das Personal war sehr höflich.

Negativ: Es war ziemlich kalt im Flugzeug. Es gab keine Unterhaltung. Verpflegung nur gegen Geld.

Negativ: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Negativ: Kostenfreie Getränke und ein kleiner Snack hätten dabei sein können. Ein Monitor mit Infos zu Flug und Mediale Unterhaltung währen gut gewesen.

Positiv: Die Crew war sehr nett.

Negativ: Über eine Stunde Verspätung. Dann im Flieger die Ansage, dass man voraussichtlich noch 2,5 h auf das Startfenster warten müsse, weil nicht genügend Fluglotsen da sind. Zum Glück ging es dann nach 30 min doch los.

Negativ: No fue posible hacer el check-in con anticipación, me enviaron información sobre el vuelo el mismo día, mientras viajaba en otro vuelo previo por lo que no pude verlo a tiempo y, además, la información que enviaron estaba en alemán (ningún otro idioma!). Casi pierdo el vuelo por la mala información.

Positiv: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Negativ: plane seating reclining even 15 degrees.

Positiv: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Negativ: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Negativ: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Positiv: Flight was 20 minutes early.

Negativ: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Negativ: Richtig schlecht, 1h Verspätung. Dazu kommt das die Boarding Crew mehr Party gemacht hat als aufmerksam zu sein.
