I would not fly China Southern again. Lost baggage - returned a day and half later. Seats were uncomfortable - felt like a pretzel for 15 hours. Crumbs were left on floor from previous flight. Cleaning was not thorough. Delayed flight - no explanation as to why, but plane apparently made up time in the air because arrival time was the same. Food was sub-par. Is rice mixed with noodles a thing?

Clean plane
Still a little more leg room but not as much as on the 787. Had to ask twice to get a Thai immigration form and the crew took an above average amout of time to pickup after the meals were finished.
We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.

Everything else. Staff was rude and did not speak English, food was terrible, and the airport was very confusing. We had a 4 hour layover at Xiamen airport and instead of going straight to our gate, they made us go through immigration, then transfer services, then back through immigration. We landed at 5am, the transfer services open at 6, then check in opens at 6:50, but we weren’t allowed to check in until 8am because our flight was at 10am. We basically stood in line without anyone giving clear instructions and waited at different line ups for 1 hour each. Horrible airplane, horrible airport. Never transferring here again.

Loved the journey. It was excellent. Food, service were all good. Comfort of the journey was again excellent.
There was a 30 minute delay at the gate for boarding which was not announced or informed.

Entertainment choices were good
Dinner was tasteless and my cup of tea was bitter, too strong and a bit cold The cup of tea slid off the slippery, sloped table right into my lap, over my mobile phone and into my bag below. The staff didn’t seem to care. They admitted this happened a fair bit.

The flight crew was amazing- very pleasant and hospitable. There was great entertainment available which made the flight go quickly. The food was good. We did not realize we had to select vegetarian ahead of time, but having cheese sandwiches available made that easier. The small bag of toiletries that we were given was a very nice surprise.
Carrying luggage down stairs after the flight was difficult but the flight team was helpful.
Food, service and free movies and amenities was like old times.
In both 10 hour trips to and from US to Turkey my seats were broken and didn’t recline, which made for an uncomfortable trip.

Crew were lovely, although they never came back to do a second drink service and didn’t answer call button, so anyone in PE had to walk back through Coach to get a drink. Not great. Food was tasty.

Very good hot food included - this is the British Airways I used to know! Not a big fan of the mayonnaise sandwiches, however...
The fact that my husband and I were not seated together - it should be straightforward that tickets booked together should be seated together! Also, this zone boarding system is really inefficient. Just board from the back of the plane in logical chunks!

Website is very poor and ended up making booking through call centre and paying double what website was offering. Food & drink is expensive. In flight wi-fi expensive.
Could take the flight, your website did not advise that my passport required a Schengen VISA just to transition to my Final destination. Then My reservation was cancelled by FINNAIR
Check- in to arrival was what I would expect from a flight. It was my first flight with Finnair and I will fly with this airline again.

Comfortable seating with their 3-3-3 across! None of that 3-4-3. Very clean cabin throughout.

The boarding and crew were fine.
I did not like the lack of complementary coffee or other drink for a two hour flight, especially at that time of the morning. Coffee was available, but only for a price, as were other food items. This was unexpected and certainly not appreciated.

Paid economy comfort and did not allowed me to board on group 2 as advertised, eorst entertainment system i’ve seen in a long time, aparently the experience is totally different if you fly A350, Jfk-HEL fly the A330

Of the last 4 times I've flown with Turkish Airlines, I've been asked to move from the seat I booked. If you book and choose a seat in advance of the flight, I should be entitled to keep it.
I had only 70 minutes transfer time and had to spend almost all of that time standing in line to go through security after just arriving from another flight!! I ran to the gate and was the last person through before it closed. I asked about my two bags and was told they were accounted for. Hardly believing it but glad to at least have made it I boarded. When I arrived in Zurich, sure enough my bags arrived too! Was very pleasantly surprised!
Though no fault of Turkish Airlines, having to go through security after just getting off one flight was stressful even if it might have been necessary. Almost missed my flight. The security area is not properly designed for accomodating many people at one time and the officials (actually two cleaning personnel) who did not speak anything but Turkish were manning the entrance. Even when I showed them my boarding pass they just rudely shooed me away!
Nothing in particular. It was kind of the worst flight ever. The crew seemed inexperienced to manage a passenger that looked to be disturbed emotionally and mentally.
They kept moving the passenger to the back o free plane where I was sitting and I was so scared.

Seats were somewhat spacious.
This flight was also delayed twice. Once because the pilot was sick and again for weather. We sat on the tarmac for an hour. No food or drinks were served.
