Negativ: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Negativ: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Positiv: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Positiv: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Negativ: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Positiv: Right price.

Negativ: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Negativ: Keine rechtzeitige Information über die Verspätung.

Negativ: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Positiv: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Negativ: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Positiv: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Negativ: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Negativ: Check in war sehr schlecht und auf dem Flug bekam man nicht mal einen Schluck Wasser gratis... Einfach unglaublich wie schlecht der Service war.

Negativ: Flight 2 hours late. Airplane barley cleaned out. Smelly and stuffy air. And it is of course always do great flying into gatwick and then having to pay another 35£ total to get to east london. Horrible airport tranfers. Late trains.

Negativ: I'm on a whirlwind trip through Europe from Chicago via Canada. I booked all one way flights and so far all have gone well except this one. Over an hour delayed and then the seats are so small I was sharing thigh space with my neighbor the whole flight. It was hot, the boarding process was awful and included a crowded bus. There was nothing included- if you wanted a drink of water it costs you money. I will be working to avoid Easy Jet in the future. Spend a little more and fly an airline that doesn't treat you as cattle.

Positiv: Wir hatten Speed-Boarding, daher ging das Einsteigen perfekt. Personal war sehr nett.

Negativ: Der Kaffee, den man natürlich bezahlen muss, war eher nicht als solcher zu bezeichnen.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.
