Positiv: Very good customer service on flight. Love the way they treat their customers.
Negativ: Was surprised by the $60 fee to check in a bag. I know i bought this through kayak, but it would have been nice to have told that up front, and even further, if they had let me check 1 bag for free like everyone else.
Negativ: On tome flight
Positiv: The flight crew & the flight itself was great.
Negativ: The flight was delayed by 4 hours. Not only did I miss my connecting flight, but I also missed my rescheduled flight. I had to wait another 7 hours in the airport waiting for a flight. And due to this I missed an important meeting.
Negativ: Not much legroom and no tv’s on a 10-hour flight

Negativ: Again late boarding meant a late take off.
Positiv: The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
Negativ: The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.

Negativ: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Negativ: Wieso lässt man auf einem Nachtflug die komplette Zeit die Vollbeleuchtung an? Unerklärlich! Sitze bei Ryanair wie immer unbequem - aber das weiß man ja vorher. Dass es keine Verpflegung an Bord gibt auch. Pilot hat sich nicht vorgestellt und generell war der Flug sehr ungemütlich. Verspätung von über 1 1/2 Stunden!
Negativ: We left Frankfort very late, we had not even moved half an hour after we were supposed to have left. They apparently changed our flight plan to try to make up time, and flew faster; but the conclusion was we were supposed to arrive at 18:25 and didn't arrive until well after 19:00. Refund
Positiv: There was nothing to like.
Negativ: The time to catch the next flight at Washington DC and Frankfert was too short. Walked about a mile and half between two gates. Request to change the time slot
Positiv: DTW to FRA leg was direct, customs arriva was quick, select male staff on both legs of flight friendly.
Negativ: Numerous instances of curt or rude airline personnel throughout trip. On the plane, stewardesses made it clear that they were not interested in providing drink or bassinet help as they had ‘paper work requirements’ or other more important things to do. Very shocking for business class tickets.
Negativ: Flight delays were unimaginable
Positiv: It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .
Negativ: Ground staff poor customer service
Negativ: They told us there were no earbuds so recommended using our own. Our children had left theirs at home so they ran to get a $20 pair nearby. But the the plane DID have the buds; what we did not have were blankets — the crew said none were to be had.
