Positiv:: Großartiger Wert für $95 pro Nacht und super Lage. Tolles Personal und super schnelles und zuverlässiges Internet. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen ist wirklich gut. Bukarest ist absolut einen Besuch wert. Es hat eine einzigartige Atmosphäre, die man nirgends sonst findet.

Negativ:: Die Tür Schlüssel verlieren ihr magnetisches Feld leicht. Ansonsten nicht viel.

Positiv:: Wir waren auf einer Tour. Tolles Hotel und Lage. Das Hotel hat mir eines meiner Taschen gebrochen. Ich warte immer noch darauf zu sehen, ob Hilton meine Tasche reparieren oder ersetzen wird

Positiv:: Sehr nobles Zimmer, aber bei über 300 Euro die Nacht auch selbstverständlich.

Negativ:: Über mehrere Tage kein Wasser im Pool. Zum Frühstück bereits um 9:30 Uhr keine Brötchen und keine Tomaten mehr. Die Speisen in den Warmhalteschalen fast kalt. Essenssaal wie in einer Großkantine. Dieses Hotel ist eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig.und verdient was den Service betrifft maximal 3 Sterne.

Positiv:: Die Angestellten waren immer bereit, zu helfen. Man kann Restaurants, die außerhalb des Zentrums liegen, ehrlich empfehlen, und das mit einem tollen Preis. Fragen Sie immer nach Orten, an denen sie essen würden.

Negativ:: Hätte besser für die Kosten oder zumindest inklusive Frühstück in einem Ort sein können, in dem Restaurants knapp sind.

Positiv:: Super Aussicht. Super Zimmer. Das Personal war exzellent.

Negativ:: WiFi Signal in den Zimmer war schwach.

Negativ:: Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war unzureichend.

Positiv:: This hotel is very much about location, location, location. Located in the City Centre of Bucharest near the Old quarter and parks, this is a hotel with a lot of history that is easy to get to. Check in was friendly and efficient. I was given a room on the 14th floor. I love staying in high rise city centre hotels and this was no exception. The bedroom was very spacious and the views by day and night were amazing. You can take in the views and air on the balcony. A lovely thing to do first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This is an iconic hotel with so much history. Facilities include restaurants, bar, gym and swimming pool. The best was yet to come. Breakfast and what a feast that was. I was in the capable hands of Breakfast Manager, Marian. He made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. First of all he took me on a tour and then offered to make me a milky coffee. Highlights include the very engaging staff, champagne and egg station. The egg station chef cooked me a wonderful omelette with a little of every ingredient included. It was absolutely delicious. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fine establishment and would love to return one day.

Positiv:: Location but I didn't stay there.

Negativ:: I was charged the full amount although the hotel agreed to cancel my reservation as they didn't have a double room available. Still waiting for the refund. Staff at the reception wasn't helpful or apologetic at all. Not a 5 star hotel. Better options around the corner.

Negativ:: I made a reservation for my boss with suite category but they give him a connected room with one key (so he couldn’t turn on the light next room. ) I complained but they answered that they thought I was coming with children. What they saw while I was checking in were only two adults. They just made continuous excuses. After they moved room to the suite, they didn’t bring the amenities that belonged to the previous. I was so sick and tired of their careless, I didn’t ask any more. Facilities are old, TV wasn’t working at the room so had to call reception to fix. Service were even worse. When I was checking out in the morning, they didn’t ask me if we are okay with that trouble. For me, it felt like they just cared for money itself. No 5 star service! I will never stay at intercontinental any more

Negativ:: - Antisoziale Gäste, die sich nicht zu benehmen wussten (leere Chipstüte in den Pool geworfen, Zigarre geraucht und extrem lautstarke Gespräche, neben den Pool gespuckt) - Jede Menge Kinder ohne Manieren (tanzen auf Stühlen und Tischen beim Frühstück) - Frühstück für ein Radisson recht lieblos angerichtet - Baustelle innen und außen (ungesicherte Kabel, Geruch von verschmortem Plastik in den Gänge und im Zimmer) - Steckdose am Pool hing gefährlich nah am Wasser - erstes Zimmer war nicht sauber, Fingerabdrücke, Boden nicht gesaugt, Bett alt und mittig durchgelegen - Der Küchenchef kommandierte seine Mitarbeiter derartig unangenehm herum, dass einem der Appetit verging.

Positiv:: Beautiful hotel and very comfortable everything is just excellent

Positiv:: Will defiantly come back!! Carlos at the concierge was very helpful with everything and fixed few issues less than 2 minutes. He is a really a great guy with his character. Adina at the reception was really professional and worked from the bottom of her heart to satisfy us in any manner.

Negativ:: My friend asked for extra pillows and tge housekeeping staff who was a man just walked in without knocking. It was 11:45 pm! Plus in order to make us bring a credit card for re-authorization, they locked us out of our rooms by blocking the key card. I asked why they could not just send us a message to. Let us know instead of deactivating our room keys. The decor is also not to my taste.

Positiv:: Very good breakfast.

Negativ:: The cleaning lady entered our room at 8.30 in the morning, we were still sleeping. Very noisy during the night from other guests.

Positiv:: Position is very good. Also breakfast is good and there is a big choice.

Negativ:: They gave an Elite apartment which is located in the part of the hotel which is not renovated. The apartment is big (with kitchen, living room, etc.) but I dont really need it and you can immediately see that it is old. Moreover, in order to reach this apartment from the lobby it takes a lot of time because it is located in a part which is quite far away from the normal hotel rooms. All this for 330 euro.

Negativ:: The gym was closed due to reconstruction. At 5 star hotel I would expect information in advance or some apology or some workaround. Showerhead in the bathroom has no way how to be hold while you take shower in the bath. Room said it has "view", but view to the street I don't consider as view, it's not a big deal though. The closed gym was disappointment.

Positiv:: Lovely spacious room with bespoke decoration. The room looks brand new although 12 years old. Modern facilities with USB sockets. Very clean daily. Excellent breakfast and tasty prompt room service. Morning staff were excellent.

Negativ:: Some basics missing from toiletries, like showercap I had to specifically ask for. Essentially it has only shampoo, shower bath and soap. Be prepared. Hair dryer on the wall really weak, no fit for female hair. Coffee preparation did not have milk (again I needed to specifically ask for) and was not topped up daily. I found some reception night staff repeatedly abrupt. It would have been nice to have some information leaflet in the room, regarding facilities, breakfast time, etc as it would free time from staff answering standard questions too.

Positiv:: Hotel was nice, very pretty building and in a good location.

Negativ:: Despite booking two rooms the second booking hadn't been accepted and one guest had to sleep on a sofabed and their key stopped working each time they left the room.

Negativ:: Frühstück - Kalte Spiegeleier, Kein Joghurt, Kein Müsli aber ein hoher Preis!

Positiv:: Das Hotel was sehr zentral die Zimmer waren groß die Betten in Ordnung und es war sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und uns wurde unser Lunch Paket nicht berechnet was sehr positiv war. Wir konnten den Innenpool Kostenlos benutzen das Personal war freundlich also immer wieder gerne.

Positiv:: Ein richtig tolles Innenstadthotel mit Tiefgarage in bester Lage und bester Ausstattung, einer der besten auf unserer Osteuropa-Tour. Dieses Hotel ist jedem zu empfehlen, der zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden möchte und das eigene Auto sicher geparkt haben möchte.

Negativ:: Die Baustelle gegenüber hat uns glücklicherweise nur am letzten Morgen (Montag) getroffen, am Wochenende war aber alles ruhig.

Positiv:: We used to stay a lot at Novotel but stopped during he renovations. We returned a few weeks ago and we enjoyed it very much. The breakfast area is very neat complemented now by a wide terrace, the pool was refreshing. The location is perfect, in the middle of Bucharest, a short stroll to the Cismigiu park or the old city centre. The wine restaurant and its staff were again such a great bonus to staying at Novotel. Delicious food, prompt service and extremely friendly staff. Great wines too :)
