Strandnähe und nur wenige Meilen nach San Diego und die angrenzenden Orte. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle. Das könnte besonders Anfang 2011 zu Störungen führen.
Unkompliziert, sauber, schönes Bad / Toilette, W-LAN, Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) frei. Freundliches Personal
The location and proximity to La Jolla and Del Mar and the ocean and stunning views and access to 5 highway Unlike most other Residents Inn we had to repeatedly ask about coffee and when we asked about the multiple holds on our credit card for "incidentals " we were told it was a system function and they couldn't exactly explain it The pool is so small as to be useless
The staff was very helpful and attentive, the rooms were very cute and unique and comfortable. Great for a romantic get away. All around a great place to vacation and we will be returning. The room we stayed in was right behind a kitchen, so for a couple hours there was kinda banging and stuff.
Everything, ambiance, size, location. Very special Yes, It took longer to get hot water in the faucet & shower than what we would have expected.
The decor, the location, the view from the balcony, breakfast from the cafe. The room is a bit small but it is certainly comfortable. The bathroom set up is not ideal.
Good bed, quiet room, excellent location. Ants. Ants IN THE BED, ants on the floor, ants the bed stand, ants in the bathroom. Call an exterminator and I'll give it 8 out of 10.
The location is very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, had a refrigerator in the room and a coffee maker which was great. Nice comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend upgrading the bedding. The carpeting also looked worn.
Love the area. Very clean, nice staff. Pretty hotel and grounds. Loved the fire pit at the café onsite. Pool supposed to close at 9pm but at 10:15 there were still people in the Jacuzzi and being loud. I turned on the 'loud' A/C which drowned them out. A lot of yelling in the halls at night on the last night of our stay. The first night was super quiet.
It is a very easy location for exploring San Diego since it is near the 5. There are views of the ocean and a 5 block walk to beaches and downtown Del Mar. The actual neighborhood has a bit of construction. Rooms have been partially updated (bathrooms). bedding was a bit older. Parking lot wasn't well organized.
Del Mar is a beautiful part of Southern California. We loved the laid back nature of Del Mar Inn, the cute café serving breakfast in the morning and the 'open door policy.' The hotel is in an extremely safe neighborhood and we felt relaxed and happy. We had a good stay, but had a change on the last night. We had to leave early due to family circumstances but the hotel would not refund us, even with 24 hr notice. This felt sour, especially since we were not even contacted by the GM re: the request.
Hotel room appeared to be recently remodeled and was spacious. On the map the hotel appears to be only a couple of blocks from the beach put the closest beach access is at least a half mile away.
Nice location, good deals at the cafe. The beach was kid friendly . A bit of a walk to the beach, but there's lots to see along the way.
The location was wonderful and rooms were clean and inviting. The pool was very cold

Very quiet; an excellent room with a walk out to the pool and bistro through the sliding glass door. So convenient and so old school quaint, that I will have to go back. Not a 4 star, but a very nice place to stay in the middle of Del Mar with a quiet I missed all the little kids running around.... NOT!!! Nothing about this hotel that I did not like.

Location in Del Mar is fantastic No, everything was fine
privately owned unique architecture seating in open patio areas distant view of ocean short walk to Del Mar shops and restaurants no direct beach access due to railraod tracks and bluff 8 to 10 block walk to city/state beach only coffee for breakfast
THE STAFF WERE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I WAS ASSAULTED BY A STAFF MEMBER BEFORE I EVER CHECKED IN WHICH I FORTUNATELY RECORDED ON MY PHONE. POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED. I LEFT THIS HOTEL AND HAD TO CUT MY VISIT SHORT BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE. IT IS THE STRANGEST AND MOST DANGEROUS PLACE I HAVE EVER BOOKED TO STAY. I WOULD NOT - LET ME REPEAT - I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ANY TIME.
We loved the location as our east coast friends were visiting and rented a home right down the street, a bit closer to the ocean. That being said, we were only in our room a short time each day. We woke up, hung out with them, then came back to sleep. Comfortable beds and I was really happy to find the room had air conditioning! A heat wave in October in Del Mar, unheard of...til now!! Coffee available in the a.m. and a nice shared patio to relax and drink it. Our room was pretty cramped but I appreciated the kingsize bed! Once we put our suitcases on the only chair in the room and the bench against the wall, there was no where to sit. Again, it worked for us since we weren't in the room very much. Also, it's very nice that there are so many sitting areas to choose from outside of the guest rooms. With great ambience as well...artwork, garden fountain, plants.
We lived the location and the room and the staff was accommodating. Modern design was open and fresh. Bed was very firm, as were all pillows. Rowdy guests were very loud into the early morning and ruined our short stay at the pool area.
Great courtyard area for gathering after a great day. The staff! Starbucks steps away for a morning wake up call. Nothing
Proximity to where I needed to be. Useless restaurant, construction in process, faux wooden floor in room (no carpet), expensive and dangerous parking.
Justin helped us when we checked in and was nice and helpful. That was all I like about it. I have stayed in other Courtyards and I was surprised by how it lacked so much compared to the other Courtyards. The "bistro" is a small fast food type place and their idea of Starbucks is about 5 coffee drinks they make. Their hot tub sits about 4 adults and 1 fire pit. The rooms have no thermostats to control heat/cool, so I was getting up all night trying to get the room warm. The toilet kept making a noise when flushed and when I told them about it, they didn't even apologized. For the amount I paid, I expected it to be like the other Courtyards I have stayed at. I would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn down the street, alot nicer and cheaper.
Location about a 10min walk from the beach and 15-20min walk from the train. Nice facilities though on site Starbucks is very expensive (greater than airport prices). Evening staff not very knowledgeable/communicative about area in terms of transport, restaurants, beach access. Better in the morning.
