The fact that it is inside the shopping mall is a plus for shopping and finding somewhere to have a meal. The AC units of the Shopping mall are indeed quite noisy.

I like it because it is close to the airport, and that was the purpose of staying there. Also, I like the shopping mall which is connected to it. The area of the hotel lobby is a small, and it will be much better if it was big.
Cleanness, Comfort, and Sea view. Price, because I know that I paid more than what others did for the same days.
The Sea View Was Nice and The Lobby Is Beautiful, Also The Restaurant Located in the Highest Floor is Nice and the View from up there is Lovely They didn't make any special welcoming about my wedding anniversary, not even a flower or a candle. And Booking.com wasn't clear about the type of room because when I made the reservation I thought I booked the Executive room and when I arrived at the hotel I was surprised i was given a normal room. Next time if I needed to stay in the Hilton I'll make the booking from their website directly

Bad Yes I book the hotel by booking.com and when I enter the hotel the reception person told me that I cancel the reservation but I don't do that and I check my e-mail if somebody hack my e-mail and send cancellation there is no e-mail send from my e-mail account thats mean the the hotel person is lying I don't now why
Other than the location, this is by far the worst hotel in Jeddah. Valet is never there when you need them. The same is true for bell men. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional. The furniture seems to be at least 15 years old. The rooms smell horrible. overall, if you're coming to Jeddah and can't find a reservation in the Rosewood or Sheraton or the Sofitel, you're better off delaying or canceling your trip. JUST DON'T STAY AT THE HILTON!
Sea View Old Luxury
Location is great as it is in the upscale northern part of Jeddah. Price of the resturants are high compaered to quality and taste.
Hotel was really nice. Frindly staff. The swimming pool was out of service. Poor hopitality just small dish of fruit

room cleanliness, I checked early ( about 11am ) , went out at 4:00,before leaving I asked to make up the room, when I came back at about 11pm, the room was the same, no one did any cleaning ( tea pot and cup was still thier and the dirty towels and no turndonwn service!

Location is very good, parking .. honestly, the hotel is very old .. it's really need a renewal.. furniture and curtains are dusty and not clean , dry cleaner told me it takes them a minimum of 1 hr just to iron a pant !!

Scribble on walls, toilet not functioning properly, no private beach despite it being advertised that it would (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel!) Unreliable shuttle service (despite being advertised that it would) No swimming facilities for females.
i stayed in the new refurnished room it was very comfortable and clean. they dont have a valet parking and the parking is so far from the hotel.
Preis / Leistung ist ok, kann das Hotel empfehlen Bei der Ankunft, ich kam um 0030 an, war das Zimmer nicht frei und ich musste ca 30 Minuten warten, bis das Zimmer frei/gereinigt war. Auch anderen ankommenden Gästen ging es so. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Wenn ich am Nachmittag ankommen, kann ich 30 Minuten warten, ok, wenn ich jedoch spät abends komme und dann warten muss, ist dies nicht in Ordnung. Anscheinend vermietet das Hotel die Zimmer dann am gleichen Tag zweimal. Ich werde diesbezüglich eine schriftliche Reklamation an das Management Jeddah-weltweit machen
Hohe Internet_Preise, Ruhestörungen durch Bauarbeiten, die aber zu erwarten waren. Die Serviceleistungen durch die (saudischen) Mitarbeiter werden zunehmend schlechter im Vergleich zu anderen Mitarbeitern. Die Mitarbeiter sind wenig aufmerksam, gleichgültig und ignorieren teilweise sogar Gäste. Etwas Training oder die Einstellung von bewährten Mitarbeitern wäre besser

I liked the location of the hotel which is near to a vear nice dinning places in altahlia street. The hotel is old , and a renovation would make it bitter.

rooms were comfort, the staff showed flexibility when I wanted to extend one day & they were able to accomodate my request. Many thanks for that. more than once I had to go down to the reception since the card could not open the room and they have to re-program it.
location is good i booked non smoking room but they gave me a regular one. i had to wait for more than 15min. to have my luggage picked up from my car as no one was there . no shampoo in the WC!
nothing it was a very bad experince everything, I was locked out 3 times and didnt even get a simple sorry. food was very expencive compairing to the value.
we waited for half an hour to do chech in and even on cup of water was not offered to us while we are waiting. we request non-smoking room but our room had a very bad smoking smell. room was full of dust. this hotel doesnt deserve more than 3 stars.

I enjoyed having a private pool with the villa and being right on the edge of the Red Sea. All the rooms have a sunset view, which is beatiful. The only suggestion is each room should be furnished with a squeegy (wiper) to remove the water from around the pool and in the restroom. But this is a suggestion and not a complaint.

What I like about this hotel is only its location.They had my reservation but they denied that they had it !!!!!!!!!!!It took me &my family more than 45 min. to find a room with direct pay!!!!!!!!Despite my complain to the hotel mgmt.they start throughing lies that they did not get confirmation from booking.com which @ the check out appeared 2 b not true!!!!!!!! Every thing except its location

OK Internet extrem langsam, teilweise nicht nutzbar.
So weit ok, entspricht internat. standarts. Die bestätigte Buchung von booking.com ist beim Hotel nicht angekommen, da das Hotel nicht immer Internetverbindung hat. Daher musste ich ein schlechteres Zimmer beziehen als bestätigt. Oft hat es gar keine Zimmer frein, das Hotel ist immer überbucht. Wie können Sie eine Bestätigung senden ohne Rücksprache mit dem Hotel?
