Food was amazing. Service was incredible. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel.

Loreto La Mision

Recent 2 day stay for buisness. Service staff members were friendly, Not enough English speaking to support a detailed conversation for very long . But I was in Mexico and not the US. Checkin desk and management were short and buisness like. There is not a check in counter, you sit at the concierge desk to check in. Food at the resturant was good and tasty. Breakfast buffet was good and fresh. Not a lot of people hanging out at the pool or bars during my stay. Hallways to rooms are louder than normal due to the, all tile floors. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Television channels were limited only two speaking English. Great air conditioning in teh rooms , great shower and all tile floors in the rooms which made it feel clean.

Lack of people which could be viewed positively for some, need for more bilingual speakers to converese with the guests. One of three bartenders were making an attempt to converse with coustomers.
