Rooms could do with clean

It was a beautiful hotel facilities looked good , find it i fair to judge as the restrictions mean we couldn’t use them. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

The cleanliness of the room. The rooms were not clean to our satisfaction, it appeared to have had a surface clean, but the carpets had not been hoovered there was hair and peoples hair accessories left on the floor from previous guests, the bathroom did not smell clean.

The room was not clean. I found a lot of hair that were not mine in the bathroom. The wallpaper was tearing down and the toilet had a Brown stripe. Also the room smelled weird. I think when you need to pay 20eu to bring a dog you can expect that the room is clean.

The room was really comfort and clean. The location was OK.

There was very big noise in the hallway from other visitors mostly young people untill 1 o'clock after midnight. I think it's strange if nobody do something to resolve it.

Noise on the hallway. Little kids running even past midnight. Found stuff from other people under the desk. So no proper cleaning. Stains in the carpet and on some seats. Breakfast was limited and below standards. Restaurant was OK. But not worth the money. Also some kid was watching videos in the restaurant at a rather loud volume. Something that should be addressed by the staff. Not the guests. You can clearly see that the hotel is old. Right next to the hotel there is an old building with a lot of debris. Don't know if this came from the hotel. But some fences to hide the mess would have been appreciated for a four star hotel. Next time I'll try another hotel. I also would have a garden view. I have not seen any garden at all. Ps. The staff is really friendly.

Returned home to find an extra €40 had been charged to my card for breakfast when we did not have breakfast, the restaurant was not even open when we stayed at hotel.

Ac was not working at all.. very bad experince,, could not sleep... Pathetic smell in the toilet and the whole room. The staff did not do anything to solve the issue. Bad breakfast.. too expensive..

I know the hotel well. The room is cosy and good. Also the free parking is very convenient.

I wanted to eat outside and the waiter told me that outside it was only for drinks... less then 5 minutes later i saw this waiter walking outside with food!!??!!

Rooms are consistently old and in need of repair. My last room clearly hasn’t been used for a long time as there was dust, dead bugs and the water initially came out orange from rusted pipes. Most beds are twins, even when advertised as being one bed, it’s just two twins pushed together. Twice that I’ve stayed at this hotel, the cleaners have walked into my room on me without pausing for a response after their brief knock. I stay here when I have nearby business meetings, but will stay elsewhere moving forward.

Terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom and black mould on the tile grouting. Not good enough for a 4* hotel.

I stayed a few times there, but this time was disappointed. I've got the room in front of the elevator. So was kind of noisy. Breakfast was enough poor when I came at 9:30, big rush around- a lot of stuff preparing the tables and etc ...it seems that they waiting for you to eat as soon as possible.

It’s does not look like 4 stars hotel it’s looks 2 stars 1 there is no body pick your bags 2 there is no water in room 3 when I ask for extra pillow they could not bring it 4 the break fast is no high in price 20 euro 5 you need to have a car to go to the center

It was clean, the minibar was well stocked. The breakfast was decent.

It felt like they were understaffed. There was always only one person at the desk. This is subjective but I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. There was no support. Also the air-conditioning was off, we could only use the fan option, so even with the window open it was very hot at night.

None of the treadmills in gym works. Printer in business center out of order, no possibility to print from usb memory stick.

The hotel was for me not a 4-star hotel: no tea or coffee in the room, shower backdated and no handshower, very slow wifi connection: almost unusable, breakfast was unappealing and limited in choice, coffee was from a machine and didn't taste good.

I liked that the staff could speak good English which made it very easy for us.

I didn't like that the double bed was two single beds that kept sliding away from each other at night. Made my stay very uncomfortable. Also didn't like the fact the 'spa' didn't have a hot tub/jacuzzi.

This hotel charged me euro250 for an existing stain on the carpet. Charge were reversed after numerous call to the hotel. Wanted to speak to the manager but she is not available even though i called numerous times and does not have the courtesy to even call back. If you gonna stay in this hotel, make sure you check every nook and corner for stain or damage when you check in or else they will try to fraudulently charge you for it!

Tiny paper thin towels only 1 each guest. First room assigned had very wet carpet. We changed rooms. Tiny pillows only one each. Not enough to watch television. Terrible wifi. Hallways and elevator cramped. Breakfast over priced.

Poor receptionist. I explained on chrckout I consumed nuts for EUR 1,50 and paid by cash. Surprisingly I was later charged for same again by credit card. Receptionist sometimes don't do billing and noting down properly and cheat the customer. Due to this, I would never use the hotel again. This is not what I expected of a reputed hotel inspite of staying in this hotel before.

Room was uncomfortable, beds was uncomfortable and cant sleep while night. As per booking room was the highest standard in the hotel but it was actually lower than budget hotel rooms. Will not recommend anyone and also not happy with booking.com as Information provided was not correct.

The rooms were spacious, lots of older people working in the bar and restaurant, I like that.

Horrible pillows, waiting for room service took more than and hour.

Wifi connection was terrible. Some of the power outlets/lights didn't work.
