Exceptionally clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Small room but with all essentials for getting a good night's rest.

There is leakage of water at the lower end of shower door which has been fitted too high leaving a large gap with the call. The water makes the hard floor surface wet at the shower entrance so stepping out, especially as there is a step down from the shower, hazardous. I slid a little but for someone with less balance and coordiantion, if they're not aware this xoulf rzzumt inq serious injury qnd fall. That was in my room anyway. All the showers sound be checked for this.

Facilities were good, everything was kept clean e.g. the microwave. Staff were helpful and cleaners always made sure to replace towels whenever requested.

The beds were not comfortable. The double bed was just two single beds put together and was creaky and shook a lot probably due to week foundations/legs. I ended up sleeping on the bunk bed because at least that did not shake or creak if I ever turned over.

I only stayed one night and I didn’t tried the breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, staff very kind.

The hotel is near the airport. Perfect for one night stay over. You can walk with your luggage to the hotel. The Budget Ibis is what it says, basic. Good breakfast. Nice croissants. The rooms are small, but it's not a problem if you only want to sleep. The next day we picked up our rental car.

With the public transportation being free in Lux, the fact that the hotel is a bit far from the city is not a major issue (15 min by bus - two optiona, that hits every 30'). There is a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel. The price is where it shines, around EUR52 per night, a great deal in Lux. If you are going by car, the location would be even less of an issue. I would stay there again. 24 hour reception, always a nice to have.

The room is ok, bathroom is not so good. Shower is hot, but not so good to use.

The room was clean and it is comfortable. Also the hotel is near the airport what is good if you have an early flight and in the airport you will find buses that can take you to city centre if needed. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport if you notify the staff at the reception - it is a plus.

Very rudimentary breakfast, not a lot of choice if you don’t eat bread or sugar.

Everything pretty acceptable, except

Mushy pillows (didn’t bother asking for new ones though) and smell of smoke in the room when people are smoking in front of the ibis entrance (room 103). Will ask for a room at the back to avoid this inconvenience, if returning next time.

It’s only 3min. walk from the airport. Clean, simple, nice staff. Free car park. Good value for money.

Extra bed above the head is smart, but small and narrow - it’s comfy only for small child. It’s far away from the center (but there is the bus stop next to the hotel and public buses are free of charge).

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy and fast to get to the city center. Good value.

There's not much storage inside the room. The room is small with only a few surfaces to put it your stuff. The breakfast was very basic (no ham or scrumbled eggs). The mattress was too soft.

Location was very nice. You can take a bus straight to the center of the city at the airport (5 minutes walking) the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very basic but not bad

The breakfast selection was not very wide, very little options for the price charged, I am not sure if this is due to Corona restrictions or if this is how the selection is normally, but it was not really worth the price.

As is usual in the IBIS chain, the pillow is very thin and there is only one for each bed.

I booked a room with a double bed and received a twin. Spent the whole night fishing my baby, it’s bottle, pacifier etc out of the gap between the beds. I didn’t sleep much. It was past midnight when we arrived so no possibility to change room. Also, why would I have to do that? They know what I booked. And didn’t care. There is a purpose why people chose a certain room type. If you don’t have enough double bed rooms: just reduce availability of such on booking.com? Second bad encounter at breakfast, staff beyond rude and service inexistent (that was not the Ibis budget breakfast, but the one next door in Ibis Sud) I would stay here again because it’s unbeatable price wise and clean, but I didn’t enjoy the way staff treats you.
