The staff is very helpful, speaks French, which is obviously a big plus. We felt very safe under the exceptional circumstances due to COVID with all the measures taken by Aethrio staff.

Tranquil yet so central with amazing staff we loved the old style of the rooms very old world that brought back memories of my childhood, great pool and decent lunch

The place was sooooo beautiful! I loved the pool and the room was very spacious&clean. And the location was perfect-very quiet while easy to access everything-restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing -the best greek yogurt ever! Staffs were very kind. They helped me get a rental car and everything worked really well.

Great location in the center, but quiet. Close to the bus stop and close to places with the best view of the sunset (a few minutes on foot). The apartment is decorated in the traditional style of the Greek islands, you can feel the atmosphere. Helpful staff, air conditioning fault fixed in no time.

The view from the terrace is limited by neighboring buildings. It would be helpful if the reception had accurate information about the bus service to Fira (there are buses that go directly and those that go a very long route - this is important information). A luggage storage could also be useful (it is only possible to put in the reception hall)

Close to bus station and main street. Hotel was lovely. Room was simple, but nicely decorated. Receptionist was very cheerful and helpful.

The address is "main street" but I was not able to find the entrance on the main street. Once you know where it locates at, access was very easy.

Everything was PERFECT! Highly reccommend to stay there :)

Thank you for assisting us answering all our questions, helping to find another hotel ( we wanted an extra night), Breakfast was really good , everything was sparkling clean and the facility was beautiful. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It is in the heart of Oia and walking everywhere is easy.Pericles and Kostas were excellent and aranged transport from the airport (highly recommended) and also to the ferry port. They know there jobs and are very efficient. We visited in September, the wind was very strong, so we did not sit at the lookout place to watch the sunset. We had a room faced the city and it was a bit noizy at night.

Aethiro was BEAUTIFUL!! Our room was a fantastic size, with a great balcony area for us to sit and watch the sunset. This accommodation was perfect and we would 100% stay there again upon our return to Oia. We loved the pool!

Location was excellent . Breakfast was outstanding. Staff very good and helpful. Lovely roof top to look at the view from. Swimming pool was awesome. Close to all shops and buses. Good wifi. I would recommend Aethrio apartments.

The steep staircase to the bedroom. Little fridge/freezer was iced up, we could not make our own ice, but the hotel did have ice if you needed.

The rooms and area of hotel was superb. Loved the way the property is being maintained. Views from balcony was great. The room was very spacious. Loved the room no #12.

It has three entrances as each one leads you into a diff part of Oia. Rooftop sunset viewing tower. The staff on the front desk could not have been more helpful if knowledgeable about how what and where to do anything.

Beds could be a little better.

The location of the property is fantastic (5 min walk to the centre of Oia). The style of accommodation with private court yard and dip pool was wonderful. The staff were really friendly and made us feel like the property was our own.

The hotel is in an amazing location - so peaceful but right off the Main Street and a couple of minutes walk to everything in OIA. The staff are absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for you. We had a very late flight and they did everything possible to make sure our bags were looked after including delivering them to our transfer so we could watch the sunset without luggage! Rooms are spacious and clean, pool area beautiful and the wine is cheap - what more could you want!

Nothing! There’s no evening meal service here but there is so much in town it doesn’t matter at all!

The hotel has the best location in Oia - centrally located but still quiet and private. It is next to the church with blue dome. The hotel has several access to different locations which we find very useful. My husband and I love the white and blue paint of the hotel, truly represents Santorini. It has a roof deck or terrace exclusive for hotel guests only where you can watch the sunset quietly and without the other tourists. The staff are helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is in the city center of Oia. At the reception, they are really nice and they speak french. They helped us with our ferry problem. The room was really huge and clean.

Lovely hotel property very close to all the main action in Oia. Breakfast was fairly good - they even made us a big omellette to our table one day with coffee, bread, yogurt, fruits, juice, etc. Nice pool perfect temperature. Very clean & well kept. Room was comfortable and fit 3 people perfectly. would stay here again!

One of the air conditioners in our room didn't work.

Can't fault this hotel. Right in the centre of Oia, but manages to be really quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Periklis and Kosta at the front desk. Our room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely, just what we needed to get us going for the day. We also had a poolside lunch on our last day, freshly made and delicious! Totally recommend using the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset to have a beautiful unobstructed view without the crowds. We used the transfer service to the airport which was brilliant, took out any stress and was very reasonably priced. We will be recommending to everyone and we cannot wait to return in the future. The staff were amazing, they were extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful info about what to do and where to go. The room was great, very spacious and we had an excellent balcony. The pool was perfect and the location was ideal, a little removed from the main walking path which was great in peak times but also surrounded by local restaurants. We really didn’t want to leave!

Great hotel excellent location and great staff all prepared to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable . The hotel is not the most luxurious of hotels but it makes up for this with its character, it’s pool area is particularly nice

The facilities are amazing (I loved the pool), the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, changing some things every day, location couldn't be better in Oía (unless you pay 10 times more for a caldera view). Staff was always friendly, especially Pericles at the reception. If I come back to Santorini I will define stay in Aethrio again.

There was a mould odour in the room but nothing too bad that we would need to complain.

A wonderful peaceful hotel in the heart of Oia. The hotel staff are friendly and open, the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is central to the famous Domes, Bus station and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Very beautiful and confortable hotel with the best view to see the sunset. Excellent location and very a isolated from the noises of the tourist. Also good breakfast and cool pool area. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

I liked everything

This property was close to everything but also provided a calm escape from the crowds when wanted. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It was wonderful to have a large pool. The property was in immaculate condition and felt like a small village in itself.

Incredible location, hidden away in the middle of Oia. I was a little apprehensive with the central location and noise around the hotel. However day / night it was so peaceful! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy, we had a great view of the sunset from our balcony (room 7). Which we got to enjoy each night, without the hordes of people. It was the perfect place to come back and relax after exploring the island. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The property was impeccable and maintained wonderfully. They even have a private subset deck we were able to take advantage of! Rooms were very comfortable and location was fantastic. Staff was more than accommodating before and during our stay, arranging transportation and even an excursion. Wonderful stay here!

My only reason to stay anywhere else would be to get a better caldera view - but then I would be sacrificing location and the sunset view - so its really a tough call!

Excellent hotel - Fantastic Greek style. Location is great - Far enough from the main street to be quiet, but only a minute walk away. Very helpful staff.

The pool area was beautiful and the room was a great size. The properties location is fantastic. We loved staying here and would visit again for sure!

The breakfast was simple but authentic Greek breakfast - a refreshing change from some of the over-the-top breakfast spreads at other hotels. The accomodations were simple but very charming and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The location was unbeatable. They even have a rooftop deck that is quiet and private, and which affords a nice view of the sunset away from the crowds. The host was kind and went out of his way to be helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding!! The facilities and pool were wonderful, but the highlight was the exceptional service provided by Peri at the front desk! He provided personal service throughout our stay, helped track an item we left behind on a transfer taxi, and arranged taxi service for our departure. The breakfast was amazing and the location perfect for exploring Oia. Peri recommended the Kyprida restaurant for dinner - had one of the best meals of our trip there!

The whole hotel was beautiful like a little village within the walls. Quiet but only seconds away from the main part of the resort. Beautifully decor, delicious lunch, very clean everywhere and staff very friendly and helpful!

My mom and I loved Aethrio; it was our favorite hotel throughout a trip! The service provided by the staff was amazing (they helped us book transport and a boat tour) and we felt totally taken care of. Aethrio feels like a little village in itself and was in an ideal location to explore Oia. It felt very private and had a great sunset terrace. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

My mom noticed a slightly musty smell in our room. I didn't notice it so much but it bothered her a bit.
