Beautiful room with amazing view in Oia... I would say one of the best views! Small private plunge pool was lovely with great view also. Sun on the pool and balcony all day :) Staff were amazing, in particular Antonia and Mety! :D Breakfast delivered to your room was lovely! The hotel is just perfect. Absolutely beautiful, gorgeous location. Staff were amazing, so polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you! We stayed in the Syros room with the indoor plunge pool which was gorgeous. The view out to sea was amazing. They have a whatsapp that you can use to ask questions which is perfect. I really can't say enough on how amazing the staff were. They made sure we had everything that we needed, helped with our bags, they even brought me and my mum a glass of wine to our balcony on my birthday. They made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us. They were so friendly and really added to our stay. The breakfast was amazing, you can choose everything off the menu if you want so the choice is really good as was the quality. If you are thinking about choosing Ducato I would definitely recommend. I hope to return one day :)

A fantastic place with top...

Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing. But the special thing here comes in the service and treatment from the workers in the place. The ladies in the reception were great! Top level quality of service.

I would like even more if the inside pool looked cleaner inside. Maybe cause the window was opened before or maybe it was just needed a double check for. But nothing that could mess with my time in the great suite.

Absolutely incredible place to have...

The location and the view from the patio was incredible. We stayed in the Sifnos suite which had a little Private plunge pool With amazing views. You are close to the roof terrace too. We visited in Aug and the sun was shining on the pool from about 11am until 7pm. Was amazing. The staff have a WhatsApp service, so anything you need you just whattsap the hotel manager and it is sorted for you. The location was amazing, with just a few steps up to the strip of boutique shops and restaurants/bars. Thank you for an unforgettable experience !

Beautiful stay

The location is beautiful, right on the Caldera. Antonia was a super host, very nice and always available to make some great recommendations and reservations for us. We felt like being in the heart of the romantic Santorini experience. I would highly recommend.

- is located in central Oia, close to main attractions; - the view is perfect; - by far, was the best hotel experience in terms of quality of service, the receptionists were exceptional. Antonia was very friendly and she made our Santorini experience outstanding! Thank you! - I appreciate that we were welcomed with a fresh lemonade, very good in that hot day; and as well in the last evening they offered us a glass of prosecco; - also the receptionists ensured that at both arriving and departing, we were helped with our luggage as there are many stairs; - hotel is close to the restaurants, sunset point. Bus station is less than 10 minutes walking; - I would recommend this place only if you want a perfect vacation! Outstanding experience!

Breakfast, very poor 1 small croissant ,1 slice toast, and boiled or scrambled eggs the only choices ! So u can choose plain scrambled eggs or boiled eggs Nothing else ! Seasonal fruit was : 1 banana and 1 peach for two person ! The peach was very hard , but i’ve got nice and juicy peaches in the local grocery for pennies ! Breakfast was embarrassing I was expecting nice breakfast as it is a 5 star hotel But even bad and breakfast serving better breakfast

Privacy, top position in the center of Oia and spectacular view.

The lady at the concierge was not so friendly and welcoming, but the rest of the staff was great. In my opinion some services have to be improved: if I ask for something in such a high level structure, I cannot wait for more than an hour for a bottle of water or something from the menu not available because of missing supplier.

The view was really amazing, combined with a satisfying breakfast. You can see Caldera from the balcony, as well as the interior’s swimming pool. The staff was really helpful and willing to satisfy customer’s needs. An interesting point was that all the staff members were aligned to measurements of dealing with the COVID19 situation, which made us feel safe and enjoy our holidays. The bed was really comfortable.

The only thing that I would like to mention was the fact that there was no door between the WC and the main room, but this may be a part of the hotel’s design style.

The properti quite hard to reach, we must take a rock stair. But its ok. First time we came, a boy from ducato came to us to bring our luggage. It was helpful otherwise sure we got lost. The reception always help us with exelent information. If we come again to santorini, ducato di oia should be our choice to stay....

The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast and other room service items were delicious and delivered promptly, the plunge pool was amazing and the view was absolutely fabulous. Also, every single member of the staff was friendly and always greeted you with a smile: from the concierge to the porter to the cleaning/room service staff. This is the most relaxed my husband and I have felt in a long time. Ducato was everything we hoped for and more.

Ducato Di Oia is located in the very heart of Oia, with all its advantages and disadvantages: you are very close to everything, you can enjoy the wonderful caldera view, but, you have to fight with the tourist groups in the walking zone. From the main walking street you turn to the small stairs, which leads you downstairs to the very romantic Ducato Di Oia. We booked „Paros suite” with private pool, which was the best choice for us. Extremely calm, quiet, beautiful, clean and lovely. A little bit "privacy-killing" that the road to 3 other room's entrance leads through the small area between Paros suite's pool and main entrance. The breakfast is room service, you can choose from a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, served in your room. Wonderful experience.

This hotel was absolutely spectacular. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were blown away. It was incredibly beautiful with views of the caldera, and our room was stunning. We had a private pool inside the hotel room and the bathroom and shower were both huge!

The location was peerless, perched as it is in the cliffs and caves of Oia. It really cannot be beaten for views, a sense of being involved and sheer beauty. The team at the Ducato di Oia are exceptional. Unbelievably friendly, accessible, willing to do anything for you, personable and smiley. We received brilliant service at all times from Harris, Maria (and Maria) Mehita and Julio. It is impossible to write how important this is and how much it plays a big part of your holiday.

There are a few comments on this and other sites about some of the rooms (their size, amenities, etc.). We were shown round a number of the rooms at the Ducato di Oia and can confidently report that each is unique, very well thought through and charming (to say the very least). Yes, they are not the rooms you would expect to find in a standard high end hotel ... ... but this is no standard location. The rooms have been etched out of caves and levered into interesting spaces. Some are quirky bordering on eccentric, but all are beautiful and very well presented. Believe none of what you read from those who expect a five star hotel with acreage of wardrobes and 24 hour room service. Your holiday in Oia should be unique and personal reflecting this World Heritage Site. At the Ducato di Oia you are guaranteed that in spades.

The view from the balcony is wonderful, having a delicious breakfast there was perfect. The position of the hotel is great, in the center of Oia, and the staff was extremely helpful with all our requests.

When we showed up we were upgraded to the Folegandros Superior Suite with Infinity Pool & Caldera View. We were skeptical since we had picked out our room specifically; however, they let us see the other room and the staff was spot on the Folegandros was amazing! (not that the other room wouldn't have been). The staff was extremely helpful from recommending restaurants (and handling the reservations) so suggesting tours and setting up transportation. They even helped us get from one hotel to the next (Oia to Fira) as part of an adventure that day. The breakfast was excellent on our patio with a great view. FYI we went in October and the weather was fine the pool was heated to be comfortable (cooling) during the day and still mostly comfortable at night. The bathroom and room was amazing and a great looking cave accomodation.

Take a breakfast in the terrasse and swim in the afternoon with a caldera view it was amazing. The pathway is very quiet. Dionysis help us to bring our luggage.
